Quiet 4 bedroom Home with Hot Tub nestled in the woods

8 of us (3 generations) came in for UO graduation and this home was perfection! My mom can’t do stairs and got along just fine here. Dave was the best! He patiently answered all of my questions and was quick to help when minor hiccups arose. We used every space in and out of the house and all worked perfectly. We loved sunsets in the hot tub and greeting the abundant number of animals that visited. The kitchen had every single thing we needed including knives sharper than my own. The house is big enough and has enough gathering spaces to make it enjoyable to bring generations together and then escape to your own space when need be. The neighborhood is peaceful and it was nice to get away from the chaos of campus but be close enough to get there quickly.

This property is PERFECT for families. It was wonderful. I just can't say enough great things about Dave and Kelly and this gorgeous property. I am so grateful our family had this place to stay and the chance to make memories with my family. THANK YOU SO SO SO SO MUCH!

This property is amazing! The home is clean and well stocked with little details that make the stay comfortable. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and peaceful. The communication was clear, quick and helpful. It was an easy drive to Univ of Oregon. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! There was a lot of love put into this home, and you can feel it immediately.

We enjoyed our 11 night stay at this house. We were attending the Olympic Track & Field Trials at Hayward Stadium. The house was an easy drive to the University campus. It is at the end of a cul de sac which backs up to to a wilderness area so it very peaceful location. The property has beautiful tiered landscaping and walking trails and hot tub. The owner was very responsive to questions throughout our visit. The house has one master suite (king bed + bathroom) on the ground floor and a powder room, a master suite (king bed + bathroom) and two queen bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. Kitchen is well stocked. Great house for family or friends!

We are repeat visitors come in this will always be our number one choice for the Eugene area! To begin with the host or genuinely great people, and as the photos will show, the property is amazing! The home is very well organized, clean, and stocked.
