Really enjoyed our Moab vacation with family. The accommodations were fantastic, the 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom were ideal. Great location, not far from town, very quiet & clean. Would definitely stay again.

This property was great. Had a nice view, balcony for star gazing, and was very clean. Nicely decorated and everything was labeled. My kids loved the kids' bedroom. Only negative was that the hot tub wasn't functioning correctly.

Overall it was fine, many of the sheets are worn and some even torn in spots, alerted the owners, very responsive. Location was convenient, loved electronic locks and kitchen was well stocked. By far the biggest issue was the hot tub. It smelled awful, a very strong ammonia odor to the water and cover, and lots of sand in the bottom. Contacted owners, they said someone was out the next day but we did not notice any difference in the smell that afternoon. Unfortunately the strong odor rendered the hot tub basically unusable for the entire stay.

We arrived to a very clean and well appointed unit. We had everything we needed for our week long stay, accept a corkscrew for our wine. Great neighborhood and lived the upstairs patio for evening stargazing. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

We enjoyed our two night stay here. Location was great - very nice neighborhood and it was fairly close to town and the national parks. The house itself was very clean and well appointed. Great guide books for local hikes which we appreciated. Two minor issues - the light switch in the lower level bathroom was broken such that you couldn't turn the light off. Not a huge issue and I suspect it was probably something that broke recently and they weren't able to get it repaired in time for our stay. The only other issue was that the hot tub had a bunch of dead ants floating in the water which dissuaded us from using it. Had we been there another night, we would have called to have it remedied but we were leaving the morning after we discovered it. Again, not a big deal but worth noting. Otherwise, we really enjoyed this place. Having a garage available for our use was a nice bonus, as was the second level deck area. All-in-all, a very nice place that I would recommend and would stay at again.
