Quiet 2-bedroom suite in a house with fully fenced backyard.

Home is nicely appointed and has a great yard for our furry loved ones. Yvette is quick to respond to any requests. We recommend this home to anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle but not too far away from amenities.

Spacious family room and modern accommodations made this the perfect stay! The location is fantastic and Yvette was such a wonderful host. Love this spot age will stay again!

Truly a soul refreshing location with everything you need to cook, sleep and feel rested. The ad is a bit deceptive. I was rented the lower half of her residence. There is a washer/dryer but it was a surprise to find other renters also using them in my rented home sometimes late into the night. That is not specified in the ad. Yvette uses them, too, a bit of surprise when I walked out of the bathroom in my night gown to find her there at 10 p.m. The lower half has no air conditioning and can get very hot. Fans are available. Yvette also conducts tours of prospective renters in your area which can be very disturbing when there is an expectation of privacy. Be sure to put all your unmentionables away all the time. One day I returned from errands to find the front door wide open. I was terrified as I walked to the back room to find a huge pit bull standing over my old, frail 16 and 17 year old little dogs. Heart pounding, I led him back to his house. From then own I pushed heavy furniture against the door to prevent entry and injury to my little dogs whenever I left. The fenced back yard is wonderful for your fur babies and Yvette is very interesting and personable and I enjoyed talking with her and her colorful history. Perhaps the concept of privacy is different in Europe. If you don't mind a hostel type arrangement you'll be fine.

The home was very clean and just what we needed: comfy beds, a full kitchen, a hot shower, and it was very clean!! The deck is huge and AMAZING!! We enjoyed sitting out there to eat our meals. We enjoyed walking along the path down by the lake. It was a great space to get out and exercise. The owner was very friendly and answered all of my inquiries promptly. She was also very gracious with her pet policy. I did misunderstand a couple of things in the advertisement. When I read MIL apartment, I didn't realize I was renting out someone's main home. I thought that we were staying in a guest house on the property of a main home. In the end, it didn't matter, and it was a great place to stay for what we needed. I also misinterpreted private lake beach. My brain thought that it was within walking distance of the home and we were excited to walk our dog along the lake and access the beach during our stay. To access the walking path along the lake, we had to drive and park closer to the lake. It would not be an easy walk from the home, especially to return from the lake as it's up a steep hill! Overall, it is a beautiful setting and a clean space. Even though this home is quickly accessible to the city, when you are at this home, especially sitting on the deck, you feel as if you are away from it all!!

We had a great time staying at Yvette's house. It had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. We especially enjoyed the deck and bbq every night. Yvette made sure our stay was enjoyable.
