Stayed Jul 20, 2025The house was beautiful and very spacious. Loved the kitchen! Quiet neighborhood. Our stay included 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Now for the little things that we didn’t expect from a million dollar house… way too much poison ivy around dock and boat ramp, overgrown/neglected landscaping, unfinished painting projects in multiple rooms, broken/missing blinds on the windows and doors, extremely dirty grill ( we used aluminum foil over the grates ) broken outdoor umbrella by the pool and the lack of pool floats ( most in the garage were damaged and unable to be used ) The door lock from inside the house to the garage malfunctions and you have to walk around to the front or back door to get back in. Also, owner might want to install door alarms on sliders that lead to the backyard pool area. Our 3 year old was able to open the door.
