Upon entering the property it was very clean and we lived the open floor plan. Made the space seem bigger than expected.Gave this 5 stars because of the customer service after our stay. My daughter left a valuable and the property owner was able to quickly identify the item and they returned it to me via US mail without any hesitation. This was above and beyond and very much appreciated!This was our first trip to Maine and we will definitely be back.Check-in process was my only negative. Instructions were vague. This is a three unit building and it was not explicitly stated which unit we would be in. Also the booking said we would have a washer and dryer but when we were finally told what unit we were in, the unit did not have a washer and dryer. When we used the VRBO app to message the host I did put my phone number in and I was called back fairly quickly.
