Accommodation includes a king bedroom with en-suite, two further king bedrooms sharing a Jack & Jill bathroom, a flexible super-king/twin bedroom with en-suite, and a ground-floor king bedroom with en-suite. The ground-floor bedroom has its own sofa area and TV, creating a private retreat away from the main living spaces.

At the heart of the home is a spectacular kitchen and dining room with vaulted ceiling and beautiful harbour views. The well-equipped kitchen includes a traditional AGA, fridge freezer and bean-to-cup coffee machine, while the dining table seats 10. A log burner makes this a wonderful space for long lunches, relaxed dinners and cosy evenings. There is also a separate summer kitchen, utility room and two beautifully furnished living rooms, giving larger groups plenty of space to spread out. A dedicated home office is also available.

For larger groups travelling together, The Boat House, located within the grounds of Quay House, is also available to rent separately. This charming additional accommodation provides a little extra privacy while allowing guests to stay close to the main house.

The Boat House sleeps up to five guests and is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor there is a single bedroom with a shower room, while upstairs are two beautifully appointed king bedrooms, each with its own private shower room.

The Boat House is an ideal option for extended family members, grandparents or friends who would like their own space while still being part of the wider group staying at Quay House. It can be booked separately or, subject to availability, alongside Quay House to create an exceptional accommodation option for larger groups.

Outside, the charming courtyard garden provides a peaceful place to relax beneath the property's magnificent ancient mulberry tree, planted during the reign of Elizabeth I. Private parking for up to three vehicles is provided.
