Quaint Home In Town With Rural Feel!

This house is even cuter in person! Could not have a more perfect location, we were close to everything. It was comfortable for our entire family. We would definitely come and stay again!

The house was perfect for our visit to the parks. Very charming, well-stocked, and right downtown but quiet and private. The outdoor living space was perfect for the end of a long active day. We hope to visit again.

Houses this close to town usually cost twice this price, so any small complaints about this place are outweighed by having a whole house and yard to yourself The location is quiet and peaceful, our grandson would ride his bike out front and there was no traffic to watch out for. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped, and we were able to have a few meals at the inside and outside tables. Plenty of laundry soap, pods, luxury towels. Lots of places to be outside. Huge area for parking. I am very impressed with this place, after renting dozens of vacation rentals here in Moab. Highly recommend!

Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Comfortable clean rooms and baths. The location could not have been better for walkable access to everything Moab central - cafes, shops, restaurants. Great parking too! If I had a toy trailer or travel trailer this property easily would work. We will try to be back for another stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return to this relaxing home!!!

House was perfectly located, very private with a great fenced area in the back yard. Both the heat and AC worked well, shower water pressure was great and plenty hot. Beds were comfortable. House is extremely well outfitted for those who want to cook but the delicious food court is only a 5 minute walk, everyone loved the food choices there. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location to town. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard after a day of hiking. Kitchen seemed to have everything that we were looking for. Host was very responsive to my inquiries. House was clean and comfortable for our stay. We would definitely stay again next time we are in Moab!

This property is a definite gem! Nestled back off of main street, you are walking distance to everything downtown. The house was very clean and well stocked. We used the very well appointed kitchen to make meals and scones. The beds and bedding were very comfortable.The bathrooms were spacious and well stocked.The decor inside the house is intentional and flows throughout. We enjoyed the big kitchen table to play games. The living room and the furnishings are comfy & cozy. We spent a lot of time on the outdoor furniture too and enjoyed both sun and shade. Thank you so much for sharing your oasis!

The house was very well stocked for guests. Very homey and comfortable. The entry was easy and the instructions were complete. Everything was in working order and easy to use. The outdoor space was very private and nice. It was one block from restaurants or shops. We walk to go to eat every night. We loved the place and would rent it again.

Updates to bathrooms and open floor plan were well done. Lots of dishes and glassware. If you read host directions, you can find easily. Close to everything.

Felt like we were in a very private place, with comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and a very nice patio with comfortable furniture. It was a short walk to town. Also plenty of parking! We loved it!

our host Andrea was very responsive. If I would send her a message she would text me and email me right away. The fridge was stocked with perfect basic condiment. We had everything we needed in terms of plenty of towels, laundry soap, shampoo all the essentials were there. Everything we needed for the kitchen we liked the location. It was very central. We could walk to all the restaurants nearby yet it was tucked away in a very private quiet location. We found the three bedroom two bath to just be ideal for three friends getting together for a reunion. It was super close to the national park. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The home is just as pictured on the website. It’s well stocked with everything needed and more over it is very clean which is extremely important to us! It is super convenient to walk to restaurants and the downtown area!Andrea is a great host, she even offered to mail back my friend’s baseball hat left behind! Now that’s a Super Host!

A fantastic location and a delightful place to stay while visiting Moab. The covered back patio is a perfect place to hang out and enjoy family or friends!

We were so happy with our stay. We felt safe and the place was spotless. The only problem we had was a huge party next door that lasted until 11-12pm. We think it was the Moab theater and the dubstep like bass was off the charts and shook the windows. Many of the people at the party/show wandered into our driveway and got close to our vehicle. Other than that happening one night, everything was perfect and we had the best time

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming home in Moab! The rustic vibe is adorable and carried throughout the space with thoughtful, welcoming touches that made it feel cozy and cared for. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, the peaceful, beautifully landscaped backyard was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring.The home was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable.The location is ideal—just a short drive to both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The owner was also incredibly understanding and flexible, which made the experience even better. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Moab!

Our stay at Desert Blue was top notch. The house was immaculate and very nicely appointed. The area was conveniently located by shops, restaurants, and various outfitters. Even though it's in a prime location, it was extremely quiet and peaceful. We absolutely would return to Desert Blue if we ever visit Moab again! The house and the town are at the top of our list for favorites when it comes to vacationing!

The back yard was great!But all the soaps and other liquids in the house had fragrance products in them. I put these all under the sinks, but when I returned home I had to wash everything, even containers.

Quaint home (also known as Desert Blue) was a true delight. The location is perfect, on a quiet side street that seems like being in the country but is 3 blocks from Main Street, 2 blocks from a great food cart pod. The house has everything one could want for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Beyond being super well equipped, the house is filled with thoughtful and artistic touches that add to the charm. It is so clear that the owner really cares about the place and her guests. The back patio is a serene oasis, an utterly delightful spot to relax or sit a have a meal. It's a nice design that the bedrooms are on the opposite sides of the house.Andrea was a wonderful host. She was super quick to respond. When we needed to change our dates, she really went out of her way to help and be sure we didn't have any extra charges.Of the many places in Moab, I chose this one for a stay with family. They walked in, sat down in the patio, and said: thanks so much, this place is very special. We all loved staying there and would love to return.

The landscaping is beautiful!

Family and friends gathered in Moab for a wedding. We stayed at this perfect little cottage for a few nights and absolutely loved it, as did everyone who came by to visit! We hope to visit Moab again and will definitely stay here again.

Andrea’s place is perfect for our family of 4 to explore Arches and Canyonland NPs. House has everything we need (thank you for having a hiking stick that I can use to keep up with the rest of the family), location is very private and yet so close to downtown. It’s wonderful!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Andrea’s place in Moab. It was just as great the 2nd time around. From the get go, Andrea is attentive and answers questions promptly. The house is very close to town, about 2 blocks to Main Street, has ample room inside and outside with a stocked kitchen. The patio is amazing and the weather was warm enough to grill and hang out in the backyard. We will definitely be back! We have stayed at a lot of places over the years in Moab, and this is one of the best! Thanks!

Mattresses in twin and master rooms need to be replaced as they are creepyThe lighting needs to be seriously addressed. Need bulb on the microwave Hot water takes forever to warm up. We were 4 hikers who needed daily showers and laundry

Charming house situated just a couple of streets from the center of town. Fully stocked with anything you might need. Two 'wings' with one bedroom off the living room to the left and the other two bedrooms off to the right. Provided a nice amount of privacy as we were travelling with our son and his wife. Area was very quiet. Back patio was a relaxing retreat. Andrea responded to our questions very promptly. We would recommend her house to our family and friends!

Very quiet neighborhood - easy access to Main St. Nice and dark at night - great stars. Property was very clean. All appliances & plumbing worked great. A/C worked very well. Beds were comforable. Showers had good pressure. Highly recommended property. We will be back next year!

Nice little house, worked great for our two couples to stay 4 nights while touring parks. Cooked at home 3 nights and had everything we needed. A pinch hard to find but the location was quiet and walkable to downtown. Definitely recommend!

Highly recommended. Andrea was super communicative and helpful. Everything was as described. The covered back porch with the lights is a cozy space to sit and talk. The property is down an alley way but that didn’t bother us.

Close to all the parks to explore around Moab and walkable to restaurants in Moab. Quiet neighbourhood. Very clean, and the owner was quick to respond and to solve any issue. Comfortable beds. Great to have a possibility to park the care in the shade in those very hot summerdays. Very recommendable
