THE INN OFF MAIN is a pristine early 1900's, fully updated sanctuary in the heart of the Village. You will love this travelers' retreat with plenty of privacy, yet within walking distance to all that the Village has to offer -- restaurants, shops, Chautauqua Lake, local grocery store, ice-cream shop (a local favorite!), walking/hiking trails, playgrounds, basketball/tennis courts and more. Enjoy the quiet & rural feeling with a lively Village just a stroll away!

This private [1,150 sq. ft] single-family home sits 2 blocks away from the Lake and lovely Bemus Point Village, yet with its large porch, NEW PATIO! and spacious front yard, you will feel miles away from the hustle and bustle of the Village vacation life. Our property was once home to multiple fishermen cottages—the original No.1 'tiny' house still resides on our property and has been fully restored and remodeled by the prior owners.

In 2019, The now Inn Off Main received a new build, adding a 2½ car garage and upstairs Master bedroom. On the second level, The Inn has two private bedrooms - (1) Master bedroom with king bed + 2 single beds (twin trundle bed) and (1) Queen bedroom. The pass through room with Queen bed is a 3rd bedroom--less privacy but a perfect room for families with children or a friends' trip together! There are two full bathrooms —one on each floor. On the main floor is the living-room and fully stocked kitchen. The spacious covered porch acts as an added outdoor living escape, complete with access to the firepit, gas grill, patio (NEW!) and entertainment cottage - our 'tiny' house.

Keeping with the quaintness and nostalgia of the area, we are excited to announce that The Inn Off Main is currently undergoing yet another remodel in time for the vacation season! Our guests will enjoy a freshly painted interior, newly installed upstairs floors, all brand new beds/mattresses. a laundry room added and complete change in decor to enhance our guests’ experience.

This is our third CHQ vacation home to share with our guests and we are excited to welcome you! While we will be launching The INN Off Main in June 2024, we are proud to say that as VRBO 'Premier Hosts' with over 200+ *5-star * property reviews, we take pride in honoring all aspects of what makes our guest experiences a priority. NOTE: Our homes book a year in advance so book your reservations for BOTH homes together as quickly as possible.
