Quaint cottage near Ball Hospital and Ball College

Nice, cozy home! My parents Nd their dog stayed here for my wedding, and they enjoyed their stay!

The unit was clean and comfy, quiet residential neighborhood, yet close to shopping and restaurants. (Dunkin Donuts a block away has great breakfast sandwiches!). Will stay again next time we're in Muncie.

The host was amazing and replied in ample timing which was extremely helpful. The house was lacking in amenities I would usually see in a rental (a few bottles of water, coffee etc for us to get through our first few hours) though these aren’t necessary they always add a special touch! The host was so great though and the house was quaint that it would definitely be a future return!

Instructions to the property, for parking, and to enter the property were clear and concise. Appreciated the neighborhood and convenient location. Property was very clean, well prepared for guests and arrival. We really enjoyed the cozy living room space, great couch, and all streaming options that we needed. Host provided plenty of blankets, pillows, extra linens etcMost appreciated, however, was actually the hosts ability to fully stock the kitchen with dishes, utensils, and cookware which gave us the options to eat out or in and made doing either or equally easy.

Everything was perfect

The house was in a quiet neighborhood and just as described. It was only 6 minutes from Ball State.

Was very easy to find and very good location to get to alot of things.

Stay over between babysitting in Chicago and wedding in Cincinnati.

Check in was easy especially as Mary allowed us to drop off our bags early. Kitchen is compact and functional.

The property was very very clean and well decorated. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. I’ll see if I can reserve again next year. Again very impressed.

Clean home worked great for us.

My daughter and I stayed for 2 days to attend her freshman orientation at BSU. The house was adorable and super clean. Couch and beds were comfy! It’s in a nice neighborhood and close to everything. I will definitely book again and recommend to others if they need a place in Muncie.

The cottage was very quaint and close to everything. Made getting to our son's house very easy.The only thing that i must say is glad im from the state that has delucious food.im glad

Mary’s place was just as it looked. It was a nice place to stay, close to everything around Ball State.

Stayed here for a weekend horse show. Was nice to be able to come back to and cook our own meals.

Clean and just as described in the app

waiting for the arrival of our first grand baby so this was the perfect location and just the right size for what we needed for our stay. I swept quite a few dust/cobwebs from ceiling, the drain in tub could use a hair catcher since I had to use Drano a couple of times to unclog drain. I appreciated the washer and dryer use for our stay. Would recommend and stay again. Thanks so much

Close to downtown

The property was great and close to restaurants, grocery store, etc. It was quiet, clean, and perfect for the few days we were in town. I sent Mary a question while we were there, and she responded very quickly.

Higher toilet would have been appreciated. Tub was slippery for shower so put a heavy towel down in bottom of tub so we did not slip and fall I like a lamp by bedside to read at night Was very clean
