Very cute little cottage!

Our trip started off with an email to disclose we were bringing a pet as I did not see a place on the forms when I registered. I was then told there is an additional 170 for the pet. I went back through the contract and information and finally found the pet fee information. I then explained I only was to have the pet one night (my parents live in the area) I still had to pay the entire fee for 2 nights plus later found out it isnt a fee from the host but rather from the management company. Do better. I felt trapped to pay after booking...plus, I was being honest.The towels were either brand new and hadn't been washed or just strange. They didnt absorb any water! They didnt smell brand new which makes me wonder. This brings me to the blankets they had in a basket to use while watching TV. They smelled dirty and like a dog.Otherwise, we loved the quiet little cottage in the woods by the beach!

Absolutely spotless, secluded, and steps from the beach. We loved it!

My daughter and I enjoyed a few days here. The cottage is comfortable and filled with happy vibes. We enjoyed cooking in the little kitchen and even did some baking together. The open layout of the house makes it feel spacious. The landscaping around the house is beautiful. They were taking some trees out during our visit so we stayed inside but the outdoor firepit looks wonderful! The location was perfect for us with beach access just down the cute little path. We can't wait to stay here again.

This is our second time at this property, and we enjoy the peacefulness of it. It’s too far away from anything, but your tucked in off the road.

The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The flowers and landscaping was pretty. I needed help with the wifi and had a quick response. The path and stairs to the beach was easy, though the rocks were tricky for me but doable. Everything was great.

This little house is very convenient to a beautiful beach by walking a forested path, stairs, and a number of relatively easy to balance on, boulders. A rope is attached to the railing for help up and down. The house is about half a block from the highway but we didn't find it disturbing. The landscaping is nice with some very pretty plants and flowers the hummingbirds were enjoying. A bunny and chipmunks were also entertaining. The kitchen was well stocked .

Cute cabin with trail right to the beach 5 minutes away

Great location, cozy accomodation, everything but the food for dining in. The BBQ is basically a camp stove and should be upgraded to meet expectations. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay. We had the beach all to ourselves. Lovely.

Perfect for a couple, family of three or three best buds. We three sisters loved this cabin/small house, which is clean, contemporary, tasteful & had everything we needed. A sweet, short walk down to a beautiful beach that felt just about all our own topped our stay. The noted boulders at the bottom of the stairs to the beach were not a problem for us in our 70s. The only small thing was that the fold-out bed takes up all the space in the tiny living room, only an issue in the daytime. The other bed is, of course, in the bedroom; both are queens. We would definitely stay there again!

This Vacasa home did a great job accommodating us and our pet! Very thoughtful items provided to make our stay extremely enjoyable. Location provided excellent access to great sites both north and south. Yachats and Newport had great and unique things to see and do! We will return again!

Close to beach

Beautiful property and home. Quiet and relaxing. Comfortable bed and fully stocked kitchen with appliances. The only problem is the hot water went out before we got there. Didn't know until we were ready to shower. We actually had to restart the water heater ourselves.

We had the best time! The cottage was perfect for us. You do have to walk over rocks to get to the beach, but they are similar to steps. Great beach too. It was very quiet and peaceful.

The cottage was cute and comfortable. Pleasant decor, comfy seating. We didnt cook but the kitchen seemed well-equipped. Bedding and mattress were less than excellent. But overall we had a lovely time!

Very nice. Pictures omitted some information though. They make it appear much more secluded than it really is, and having a photo of the beach access would be helpful for those with limited mobility. I had an excellent stay, no neighbor noise whatsoever, despite the close proximity

Wonderful property exactly as listed. Plenty of room for a small family. Great location to the beach and the area towns. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a nice cabin. It is a bit smaller than the pictures make it seem, but really perfect for two people. Four could fit but it would be snug. The beach is a very short walk away, just down a cute little path, down some stairs and over a few boulders. A nice length of beach seems to go on forever. The mattress was aging and could do with being replaced. Overall, a rather nice place right between Yachats and Waldport.

It was a nice cabin off the main hwy with a great trail to the beach. Not a place to find agates but lots of sand.

Lovely and artistic cabin .But , a very cold weekend . Perhaps a portable radiant heater for time like these . Also Front Deck very treacherous with out salt application ... pure ice at check out time and we are 65

Amazing home that had everything! So cozy and comfortable!!!

Property was a advertised. Access to beach via nearby path was not possible for us due to large boulders. The kitchen was missing a can opener. We found a crack wine glass and set it on the kitchen window sill. We were happy with the stay.

Location, accommodations, and beach access.

This was a perfect little cabin for my weekend of reflection. The space is small but amenable. The kitchen had everything I needed, there were puzzles and books to get lost in, and the coast was a short walk away. I went in November and felt like I was absolutely alone, which is what I was going for. There are other homes nearby, but it still felt secluded and private. I’d definitely stay there again to do some writing and reflection!

was a good stay but the recliner was uncomfortable and the shade for the back door bounced off the back door every time the the heater came on. was obnoxious noise

clean, neat, perfect for two senior citizens. However, ocean access was nearly impossible, for us.

Such a great little cottage. Perfect access to beach, beach was amazing. Would definitely stay there again. Only problem was neighbors were using our garbage cans. And when a bear came in and tipped them over, we not only had to clean up our garbage, but theirs as well would be nice to have some sort of private area to keep cans from being used by neighbor and tipped over And rummaged through by animals.

The cottage is just steps from the beach and a short drive to town. It’s the perfect size for two people. It’s close to lots of beautiful sights and tidepools. Hope to be lucky enough to stay here again someday!

We enjoyed our stay very much, EXCEPT, most of why we chose the cottage in the woods was because of the ocean view the advertisement showed. THERE WAS NO VIEW OF THE OCEAN!!! There were 2 houses that obstructed any view there might have been! Your advertising needs to be changed to NOT show a view of the ocean. As it is now, it's false advertising. The bed is too large for the size of the bedroom. Other than those two complaints, we loved the cottage. All of the amenities were fantastic!

Quiet street. Easy to find. Easy walk to the beach. Cozy. Climate controlled.

House was nice and clean, had everything you would need. Loved the fire pit, good thing we brought our own wood.
