Stayed Jun 5, 2025Would not recommend this property to anyone as was not even close to what was advertised. Pretty much everything was not accurate. It was filthy upon arrival with no screened in porch with the door falling off, no bbq as the property manager had said, no air-conditioning as the owner had said, no dishwasher as was advertised, floor so filthy that our feet were discolored after a moment of walking on the floor, dirty dishes in the cupboards, dirty cutlery in the drawer, dirty light fixtures with years worth of insects in them, filthy windows, broken down outbuildings in a shambles, dangerous family of skunks living in one of the decrepit sheds which later tried many times to burrow into the house and to which Pat Hayes ignored my concern thereof, a fridge that barely worked with a freezer that frosted up and would drop frost and ice onto the floor when opened. Total disgrace of a rental and we have stayed in plenty and have never seen such poorly managed or cared for property in many years of renting. And never has anyone ever complained about us as renters but usually want us to come and rent again as are a neat and clean family! Am submitting just a few photos to prove that I am not a liar!
