Clean little house

Great little place for us to stay while visiting my daughter and granddaughter. Very quiet.

No issues at all. Scott was very responsive.

It was so perfect for the three of us wished it was ours. Condiments and drinks were left there for us and we were grateful. Communication was fast. Id stay again. No tv but it was nice to cut the cord and connect as a family as we were there for my father's funeral.

Very quiet neighborhood where residents care for their property. Super small house, but we just needed to sleep there. Clean accommodations, no frills.

It's a nice little house and kitchen in a nice take-a-walk kind of neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked for a make your own dinner and oh boy did I appreciate the computer monitors and connections as I had a lot of catching up to do for work!

The home was so clean and filled with sunlight..extremely well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsiveimmediately making suggestions for local restaurants. Nice yard for the dog. A very comfortable spot to spend a night.

The location was central and nearby many shops and other amenities. We were only about 10 minutes away from the venue where we needed to be. The neighbirhood was quiet and very adorable. There was nothing at all that made us feel unsafe.

This place was just what we needed - quiet, peaceful, clean and very well stocked. We slept so soundly there. The beds were comfortable and it had a cozy feel to it. Communication with the host was great. We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

We made last minute plans and Scott accommodated our special request. Communication was great. House was exactly as described. Neat, with all the necessities for our stay. House is as described. We needed a place to worked remotely while our daughter was at a UIUC camp and this worked great!

We needed a place to sleep, this worked. Unfortunately there is no TV or couch to sit and relax as we were using the pullout couch in the 2nd bedroom. Also ran into an ant infestation problem - couldn’t put anything down without coming back to ants all over. Spent a fair amount of time each day killing ants with all purpose cleaner as that’s what was available. Great location in a quiet neighborhood close to stores and restaurants.

We rented this little house for our family because our son was playing in the Middle school basketball tournament at U of I. The house was located within 10 minutes of U of I and was more spacious than a hotel room. The owner allowed us a late check-out, which was very nice since my son's last game wasn't until 2 p.m. on the day of checkout.

I should have read closer but made a last minute stay. The 2nd bedroom is the living room so there is no place to relax once the sofa bed is open. There is no TV which is my husbands favorite way to relax. The microwave needs replacing. Cute house and clean

The house was exactly has stated on the site. It was very clean, cozy, and in a good neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.

Was in town to watch Marching Illini and Illini football win! Perfect stay - would love to stay again

Was a quick visit and met our needs well. Just an overnight stay with my son to visit the college campus and be close to the local high school. Clean, quaint and easy.

What a cute little house that was dog friendly in a convenient area! The host, Scott, was friendly and quick to communicate with us when needed. The house immaculately clean with lots of little touches that meant a lot such as fluffy towels, K-Cup, cold bottled water and condiments. Beds where comfortable and the yard was just what the dogs needed after a long drive! The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, but was only a short drive to a grocery store and restaurants. If we are ever in the area again, we would certainly consider renting here. Thank you for hosting us.
