Highspeed Wireless internet & smart TV'S so you will never miss a moment. Board games, teen pool table, foosball, air hockey, surfboard, & bikes for the family. There is also a fireplace outside by the pool so you can enjoy some quiet time at night. There is nothing you can't see or do. This home also features an expansive patio deck that offers plenty of space to sunbathe or play table tennis before enjoying the pristine pool. You will definitely work up an appetite with all of the activities so get ready to fire up the grill and cook your favorite dish or grab the fishing poles and catch your own dinner. If you prefer to dine out there are plenty of options all within 5 miles. Very close to beautiful parks where kids can play on the swings, or you can enjoy a game of tennis on the courts. Also, very close to Daytona beach and Daytona International Airport as well as the historic Saint Augustine. This home is packed with everything a family needs to enjoy their vacation or where a snowbird enjoys their time relaxing the winter away. As owners, we have four children that range in age from 12 to 24. We have made this home reflect what a family looks for in a vacation home. We have movies, board games, books, a game system (SNES Classic), Legos, and plenty of outdoor supplies for what you may need. Including a beach cart, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach tent, tennis rackets, assorted balls, fishing poles, pool floats, and even golf clubs. All you need to do is bring your luggage and groceries. We have a stocked kitchen with plenty of coffee, tea, and jelly awaiting your arrival. We even supply laundry detergent. You will need it as the kids will be beyond excited when you arrive.
The master suite provides much privacy as it is on one side of the home with an en suite that allows for that extra privacy. The open shower has a built-in seat for those that may not be able to stand as long as needed. There are also two closets with complimentary robes to use while you stay with us.
The second bedroom is a lovely room that also has its own type of elegance. With a beautiful white queen size bed and matching décor, this bedroom exudes relaxation. The closet is large and ready for anything that needs to be put away. The bathroom is just outside of the side door to the bedroom. It has its own little hallway to the bathroom, just a few steps away.
The 3rd bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. A full bed can be added to this room as needed.
This bedroom has a very large closet and also has a little hallway (five feet) to the second bathroom, which is just a few steps away.
This second designer bathroom is beautiful with a custom-built full shower and also built-in seat to allow those a rest if they are not able to stand.
The white room is surrounded with tropical trees and also has a newly installed 36-inch beautiful vase waterfall to allow for a more Zen feeling. (PLEASE NO FOOD OR DRINKS IN THIS ROOM)! This is a gorgeous room made to relax in and is designed with a very large smart TV for movie night. It also has an abundance of game boards, movies, Legos, and even coloring books.
The pool deck is designed to allow for an amazing family time together. It has several lounge chairs to relax and soak up the sun in as well as a 6-piece patio set with umbrella. Table tennis is also on this patio deck to ensure a fun family game time as well as a propane fireplace that exudes relaxation. This pool deck also offers a large 5 burner gas grill as well as a second seating area with 40-inch rock waterfall for your enjoyment. The pool can also be heated for a small fee for those that rent weekly if they wish to enjoy it in the cooler months. Monthly renters can enjoy the heated pool at no additional fee. Our garage holds a large high-end washer and dryer as well as all of the family bikes, pool tubes and pool floats, boogie boards, balls, beach toys, fishing poles and tackle box, kayaks, paddle board, teen pool table, foosball, air hockey, tennis rackets, golf clubs and so much more.
To visit our very quiet beach, you can either walk a short 2 blocks of a straight walk to the beginning of our street or drive and park right behind the convenience store at the beginning of our street.
After visiting our quiet family friendly beach, please stop by the side of our garage and enjoy a shower to wash off all of the sand.
