My friend and I were in the area for an event at the Gaylord. We chose to stay halfway between the airport and the event center. It was perfect for uber pickup, taking less than 15 minutes to go back and forth. The place is adorable, with eclectic decor. AC and heater, 3 large windows if you want air circulation. An app remote for the gate, and keyless door entry. The host is easy to communicate with and gets back to you quickly, very helpful. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was such a great find at such a great price! Larry was so helpful with local recommendations (which were delicious!) as well as helping us navigate parking for a football game. We were pleasantly surprised to have breakfast waiting for us when we got there as well as water and coffee. After traveling, it was perfect. The location itself is really just a studio room with a bedroom. But that’s all we needed! Everything was updated and the bathroom was gorgeous. An added bonus was gated parking. I highly recommend this location.

Loved the place! Definitely a nice place to stay if you do not wanna be right in the middle of all the hustle of the city. All the main attractions were with 5 miles. Will definitely stay again.

I was driving into town, and the host made sure that I was able to get access to the gate long before I even got there. It was very clean, and it in a perfect location - still part of the city, but away from a lot of the noise of the city.

The place was exactly as described in the listing, and the gated parking was a must have for my trip.

The bed was very comfortable and had wonderful pillows and bedding. The bathroom was well equipped and the rain shower head was fabulous. It was close enough to Nashville but not so close to be loud or busy. There were charging cables available for use no matter what kind of connection you needed, they were there. Also, very quiet neighbors.

This was our second stay at this comfortable apartment. It is convenient to both Music Row and the Grand Ole Opry. It is situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

The host family was great and the room was an extremely clean, studio like hotel room. Nicely decorated too. Utensils were provided, a bowl, two bottles of water, and a small container of milk. There is a coffee machine , microwave, and mini fridge. I didn't notice any plates. The room sits below the main home, which I was kinda worried about because of possible noise. They do have a child and dog. At times you can hear them and I'm sure they can hear guests, but they are a pretty quiet family and I wasn't bothered much. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and clean. The home is also very close to supermarkets, churches, gas stations, etc. Doesn't take long to get into the heart of Nashville. I would definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you guys for a lovely stay!

This is a great place to stay in the Nashville area. Fifteen minutes from The Hermitage, 20 minutes from Music Row. The apartment is clean, the bed comfortable, cozy ambience. We will definitely stay here again.

Larry was an awesome host. The space was great. Clean, comfy, and close to groceries, gas, restaurants. Downtown Nashville was a quick drive to see the sights. Would book again in a heartbeat if I comeback to town.

We had an excellent stay. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We received a garage door opener to open and close the gate, which was good not to have to wrestle with the app to do that. We had a car and would travel to various destinations in Nashville each day. The Grand Ole Opry is like 5 minutes away. Very convenient. We went into downtown Nashville one evening and at about 10pm it took us 15 mins to drive home. So very convenient. During commuter hours, our trips in and out would take 25 or so minutes. There were tons of towels. The place was cozy. Remember you are in just one room and a bathroom. All and all, an excellent value for the money!!! Highly recommend.

Cozy and cute little room! It was very clean with a nice big TV, comfy bed, and great shower. Thr neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. It's very close to a Kroger and the opry mills mall. Overall we had an amazing stay and if we're in the area again, I hope Puzzled is avaliable to book.

Perfect place to stay outside the hustle and bustle of Downtown. Also very close to Opryland. Comfy, cozy and the bed is super comfortable! Will return.

This property was a nice little studio apartment, although it was listed as a 1 bedroom which was a bit misleading. The only issue i had was that there was some roofing nails in the driveway, and my tire found one of them.

Was a great little place with a awesome host. Left lights on over night in car. Host let me know in morning, helped me jump car and even let me borrow his portable jumping device in event battery failed again. Place was perfect for a single or couple. Easy access to all places around Nashville. Safe neighborhood and get to park in a fenced in drive/back yard. Would definitely use again if visiting the area.

The property is just as described! Comfortable bed, cute, retro items made the room fun, amazing rainfall shower, fridge & microwave, they even supplied coffee & sweetener! Nice, safe neighborhood, pretty convenient to everything we wanted to do during our stay. I will definetly stay there again when i come back to Nashville if its available! The only suggestion I would make is maybe a small table between the bed & sofa so the person on that side has a place to put their phone, glasses, etc at bedtime, but that didnt effect our stay, it was great! Owner was very responsive to my questions, even if they were dimb ones! Stay here! You wont be sorry! The photos online are 100% accurate!

I needed a place to stay that was close enough to downtown Nashville, but not too close. This location was perfect.

What a perfect spot to stay to visit Nashville without staying right in the city. Downtown was so easy to get to from the property. Larry was a great host and responded quickly to our questions and was super accommodating.

This was a very secure and convenient location to downtown Nashville. Great rainfall shower! Cleaning fee was a little steep for a one night stay, but I get it. I will 100% stay here again. Host was very kind and gracious. Bed was comfy!

Larry’s property was ideal for my wife & I to use as a base while exploring Nashville on our road trip. The secure parking was an added bonus & Krogers nearby was handy for meals .

We have stayed in many VRBO locations and had some great and not so great experiences. This was everything it advertised, plus. The room is large, with a couch and a huge television. The walls are covered with wonderful jigsaw puzzles. And there are so many nice touches everywhere we looked. Antique toys, old books and papers, an old rotary telephone on a telephone table that even had a dish beside it filled with spare change. This is a 6 star location. Nothing even slightly negative to say about it.

It was great to have a quiet place to stay outside of the downtown area. There were plenty of restaurants and stores close by.

Property was very secure. Wasn't expecting the traffic noise, sirens, airport noise. There was a pretty strong mold smell.

Larry is friendly, thoughtful, and quick to response. Neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. Great place to stay at and will definitely be back! Thank you!

A three day stay to visit Nashville. The property is only about a 8 minute drive to the Grand Ole Opry venue, and very convenient to stores and restaurants. I loved all the puzzles and other decor that was placed through out. Everything I needed was provided. Property was very clean , quite and cozy. Larry was very professional and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

A nice suite with a lot of colorful charm. It was nice to know that the owner has a microwave in the kitchenette, because, when we we had some food that needed to be heated up. Bed and shower are nicevery nice.
