The location was perfect for a wedding at the Ledges clubhouse. The whole neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Our whole party loved it and would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The kitchen has it all to accommodate a much larger group. The outdoor space was relaxing and the hot tub is a huge bonus. We used the community pool and pickleball courts just a very short walk away. I highly recommend staying in Parfection!

My partner and I wanted to stay somewhere close to Snow Canyon for hiking, and this place was perfect! The location was just a few minutes away from the entrance and also close to other hiking trails. The house was beautiful - it was clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

I was lucky enough to stay in this stunning property for three weeks—and it truly felt like a peaceful escape right when I needed it most.The home is absolutely beautiful, warm, and welcoming. It had everything I could possibly need—from a fully stocked kitchen with coffee, cookware, and even a wine fridge, to a gorgeous backyard with views of Snow Canyon and Pine Valley Mountain. Every corner of the home felt thoughtfully designed, elegant yet homey.The hot tub was a favorite—especially on quiet evenings under the stars. The neighborhood is so peaceful and walkable. We rode bikes, took evening strolls, and were just a short distance from the community pool and another large hot tub.The home was spotless, very well-maintained, and the overall experience was truly comforting during a difficult time. My 12-year-old daughter absolutely loved it—she kept saying how cozy and calm the house felt.I can’t recommend this property enough—whether you’re visiting from out of town or need a local staycation, this is a perfect spot for peace, beauty, and total relaxation.

I love the area because it was away from the busy town of St George and right on the Ledges golf course. Kitchen had everything you could need. Appreciate the welcome basket with all the goodies. Exactly what I needed for a little getaway.

The entire process from check in to check out was simple and easy. The property was as described and very enjoyable to stay at. The only issue we had was the master bed did not seem have fresh sheets. There was LOTS of hair on the bed, all over the pillows, in the sheets and the duvet cover. Other than this, the rest of the home and beds were clean. The only thing I’d recommend is to have a second set of sheets for every bed in the home just in case the renter wants to change the sheets. Other than this, everything was great and definitely would recommend renting this property. We will stay here again in the event that we’re in St. George again.

The home was new, exceptionally clean and well stocked. Lots of construction-going on around it but that did not bother us. Nice location close to St.George. Hot tub really nice but difficult to get in and out of( I am older!)
