This is a fantastic place to relax with friends. Perfect for long beach days followed by backyard barbecues!

We found the house in great condition, clean, stacked with any imaginable kitchen appliances and cooking utensils, spices, condiments, etc. It made it very easy to cook and enjoy family meals. Great layout to fit 6 adults and 2 kids, great showers, etc. Only few mins walk for the beach - we loved it, the beach isn't huge but not very crowded either. Great outdoor area with bbq, dining table and a grass area for kids to run around. Aileen is super responsive, replies to your messages right away, very accommodating and genuinely wants you to have a great time. All in all, we had an amazing time, a great family experience we will remember and a great introduction to Pearl Beach. We will return!

We stayed for the Easter break and had an absolutely wonderful time. The kitchen had every utensil you could think of, as well as lots of things that could have been forgotten in the rush to get on holidays e.g. olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee pods for the machine, even peanut butter and margarine! And a lovely bottle of bubbles was left by Aileen for us to enjoy on arrival. The group included our family of four (with 2 teens), 2 extra teenage friends and my older mother. Enough separate space for us to get away from each other if we wanted to or have some quality time together. The location was fantastic - the beach was a stone's throw away, as was the coffee shop and although there were lots of people in Pearl Beach that long weekend, it was blissfully quiet. We all slept very well! We were very sorry that we had to leave and are looking forward to coming back.

This property was spotless, spacious and beautifully presented. Everything from the wine glasses to the beautiful outdoor area were all excellent quality. The property had a wonderful bright, welcoming and sunny feel to it. It was perfect for our combination of work and pleasure. I loved how close the property was to the beach, excellent for an early morning walk. Spacious home with great outdoor family area close to cafe and beach. Two adults slept upstairs and it was difficult for them to have to walk through bedrooms to have a shower. This house would be perfect for adults who Share a bed and then children sleeping upstairs. The fire was a big hit for us to sit around at night. Overall, this is a lovely family getaway home.

The house was perfect for our group of 3 couples and 2 children (aged 4 & 2). Aileen was a very attentive host and the house was very clean with all the comforts and provisions of a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed lazy afternoons on the new back deck which was sheltered and had a beautiful bushy outlook and sunny backyard. The lounge areas were well placed and very comfortable furniture. Location cannot he beat! Thanks Aileen for a wonderful stay.

A fabulous house, perfect for a family getaway. Beautifully set up and well appointed kitchen and spaces. Easy walk to beach. Owner was simply wonderful to communicate with, very responsive and helpful! Would highly recommend!

I had a birthday get away with my family and friends and the house was the perfect location to relax and enjoy each others company. The house was very clean and spacious and the fire kept us all warm despite the horrible weather. The host was in constant contact to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Would highly recomment!

We had a family weekend here and everything was absolutely perfect. The house is well-located, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The level backyard provided a great playground for our toddler grandson. Aileen is an attentive, considerate host who provides lots of little personal touches that were much appreciated. We particularly enjoyed the sunny outdoor space in the day and evenings playing board games by the fire. We will be back!

Had a weekend stay at Pearl Beach recently, the house is a great set up and perfect for couples or families. In a great location, walking distance to the beach and cafes. Aileen is a great host, would definitely stay again.
