Stayed Jul 30, 2023We have stayed at the central coast a fair bit over the past years, but this house and Pearl Beach are exceptional. The house is a modern, light-filled, well-appointed family home. The location was perfect, nestled in the forest a short stroll to the beach, and a park, playground, and tennis courts close by. The garden is fully fenced rear garden was tranquil and very private. A great place to play with the kids and we loved the outdoor shower. We only came with our kids this weekend but looking forward to bringing the grandparents along next time. The two different living areas allow for some peace and quiet, which was great too. Looking forward to booking again.

Stayed Apr 5, 2021We have returned to this house a few times and always have a fantastic holiday. It has all the home comforts including a great backyard for the kids and a separate living space for the grandparents.

Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, lots of staples in the pantry and some in the fridge, lots of games for the kids, tennis racquets, lovely handwash and handcream supplied plus other niceities. Amanda is a great communicator and answers any questions promptly. You won't be disappointed.
