Stayed Jun 20, 2026We had a great week. This home has everything you need except a gas grill. There are 2 charcoal grills on the property. The location is convenient to fresh fish markets and great restaurants. The owner responds quickly and has a wonderful support staff.

Stayed May 30, 2026This beachfront home is absolutely beautiful! The huge sliders covering the entire great room and dining room walls offer the most gorgeous view of the beach! The kitchen is stocked with anything you may possibly need for dinners in! The massive deck is where you will live all week! Owner was so easy to communicate with. Location is perfect! Within walking distance of Topsail town center. We most likely will be back!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025The house is beautiful and very well equipped. Bedrooms are large and several have deck oceanfront access. Large inviting decks to gather on. Beach is wide and great for walks. We enjoyed it!

Stayed Jun 15, 2024This was our family's 3rd year staying in this beautiful home on Topsail Beach, and it didn't disappoint! It's a beautiful home with great accomodations for a large family (8 adults and 4 teenagers). The house is well equipt and the location is perfect (especially if you don't want to be really close to all of the traffic and crowds in Surf City in the summer months!). We are already booked for next year and can't wait!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024Kate's home is a true gem! The home was even more amazing than the photos, and we couldn't believe how spacious it was for the number of people it slept. The hallway of bedrooms is genius. We brought lots of teenagers with us and everyone had plenty of room to hang out from the second living room downstairs to the beautiful porches. The beach views are unmatched from the top porch and everything was so beautiful in the home we didn't want to leave! Kate goes the extra mile for her guests, and I was really impressed. When we inquired about the number of beach chairs she even went out and bought more just so we wouldn't have to bring so many! Highly recommend Third Day to big groups and we hope to return one day!
