Privately Gated 2.3 Acre, Tuscan Villa Resort Property, View, pool and12' Slide!!

So many ways this was a major disappointment. Starts off with not giving us the right entry key number, so we could not enter property until several calls and hours later. Upon entering, the property was FILTHY and there was rotten food all over the grounds. Used underwear was discarded throughout the laundry room. This is the tip of the iceberg. All the AMMENITIES were in disarray. The ping-pong table was unusable, the pool floats were in shreds, the cushions by the pool were filthy and unusable. Most of the sports equipment was missing or unusable. The house, including, the bedrooms and kitchen were so filthy, we considered leaving immediately. Unfortunately, this was Xmas Day - the next day half of our guests did leave. There is much more, but bottom line, our Xmas with family vacation was ruined and we have yet to hear back from either the manager (Shevey) or VRBO regarding appropriate refund for this very expensive fiasco. Please be warned! We have forwarded many pictures and a list of over 50 plus issues that we found with this property. Don't waste your money.

Property was great, everything went as expected. And the team is very hospitable and communicative on the needs from the misters to turning on the pool slide. Will want to come back with my family and enjoy again!

Second time renting this location. Just as beautiful and wonderful amenities. There were a few issues discovered however Shevy and team were extremely responsive and accommodating to make sure our stay was great. Will rent again.

We spent Thanksgiving week at Bermudan Dunes. I took my family of 13 for our annual vacation. We never left the 5 days we were there except for a few store trips. There is a well equipped kitchen that has everything we needed to cook our daily meals. From the pool slide to the basketball courts and soccer fields and pickle ball courts we all agreed we would love to come back again. The little kids had a blast as did the adults. It's a beautiful property with many amenities. Thank you Shevy, we loved our stay.

Celebrated my 60th birthday with 11 friends.This is exactly what we were looking for. A luxury retreat with plenty of sunshine and backyard space in a huge home with lots of amenities. Every bed was extremely comfortable too. We never left the home… no need to! Everything we needed was right there. The host was accommodating and available immediately for any concerns or questions. Will be returning for sure!!! Thank you.

We had 4 adults and 4 kids at the property and it was perfect. We could have had several more and still had plenty of room. The backyard is absolutely amazing - we all loved the pool! It is huge and the slide is super fun - Everyone participated in activities down at the basketball/pickleball courts and it has lights so you can be out there when the sun has gone down. We haven't stopped talking about how great (and huge) the pool area is - We all highly recommend this property and will be back!

We were immediately blown away by this beautiful home. It was the perfect house for the perfect weekend! I would definitely recommend and definitely stay here again.

Our group really enjoyed the home and its amenities. The host was very responsive with questions and we were able to check-in earlier. The home was comfortable and clean for our group of 11. The temperature the weekend we were there was up to 112 and we enjoyed the pool very much the three full days. We wish the second pool umbrella would have been available for our use to provide more shade in the shallow pool wading area but it appeared to have been broken previously in the garage. Overall, highly recommend this home and host.

This place is as advertised, the pool is hooked up to an app so you can easily control and they have a sonos sound system throughout the entire home. I will certainly be coming back to stay here again.

The house had everything we needed to make us feel at home. My family and I spent countless hours in the resort style pool which included a water slide that I could control from my phone. Host was quick to respond and ensured that my family and I were taken care of. Will be booking with them again!

Absolutely love this place, would definitely be back with my family again. The pool was nice and clean. We got to do bbq as well. Outdoor it has mist feature by the seating area which helps cooling down. It was such an amazing property and close to grocery stores and other shops. Perfect for big group with options of indoor and outdoor activities. We play soccer, volleyball and basketball. The house also have floaty for pool use! We didn't need to bring our own. Just a perfect stay is all I can say.

The house and pool were amazing, only a few issues. 110° outside and the air conditioning was not on in the house! Upon arriving, the house was easily 95°! Lent for a warm night as the house is large and took a while for it to cool down. Just make sure to remind them to have the Air Conditioning turned on hours before you arrive. Also, one bed was missing! When I called they said it had been broken by the previous guest. They did bring one the next morning, but we had to make do without the bed for the night. We were in need of a few things, but our host was extremely accommodating and made sure things were delivered immediately! Overall, the house was perfect!! We were celebrating my daughter's 50th birthday with a group of all women and we had an amazing time! The pool is fabulous!! The speaker system throughout the house was awesome!! We would definitely rent this house again in a heartbeat! It was roomy and spacious and perfect for entertaining!!! Loved it!

Great place! pool and spa were amazing. hit a little snafu on arrival, and the team and maintenence were on it to help out and resolve issues. comfy beds, and lots of pots n pans!
