wonderful location. Everything close by. Gardens A. Birdwatching A. Pool looks inviting but did not use.Overall a good value with the exception of cleanliness :-(

Location is vey near beach access and an upland natural area preserve, walkable to grocery store and restaurants, and ann easy drive to downtown SB. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Lovely neighborhood for walks with friendly residents. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Clean, quiet, quaint, comfortable, in a lovely residential setting. The gardens were a joy, as were the birds. We walked several times each day down to the beach. The two bed, two bath offered an excellent set up for our mother daughter vacation. Mary communicated promptly and made our stay welcoming. We will be back!!! This is a hidden treasure!

Second time staying here and it was just as amazing as the first! Great location, great amenities. If it’s just 2 of you, it’s perfect. The garden is gorgeous! The hosts are super sweet and give you your privacy. I highly recommend this place.

This property was perfect for our short stay to Santa Barbara. The location is amazing, just steps away from the beach. The gardens surrounding the property are wonderful. Very clean and the bed was very comfy. Mary was very easy to contact if we needed anything.

The property was very cute and a very good size for the money. My only comment is if you have large heavy luggage on rollers, it was very difficult to get your luggage in the room because of the walkways obstructions.

This 2 bedroom guest house was perfect for out weekend get away. Mary was an excellent host and gave us great recommendations for local sights. We would stay again if we came back.

Perfect location in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood and a short walk to stairs that lead to the beach. It's also an easy walk to Cliff Drive that leads to the stunning waterfront offering just about everything you need with gorgeous parks along the way.Mary is the perfect host and was available immediately for questions after we arrived. She also provided hiking poles which we used every day as we explored the trails above Santa Barbara and Montecito. We will be back!

Wonderful cottage feel, two rooms each with their own bathroom and desks. Larger room has garden view and fold out couch/bed for that relaxing living room feel. And you couldn’t ask for better location near Mesa steps quick access to everything.
