Private & Upgraded 3bd w. Parking, 1 block to King St!

There is active construction going on directly across the street. The entire building shakes as a result and it starts around 7 am each weekday morning. It is so loud and disruptive and goes on all day long. I let the property manager know and he was going to get to back to me about a discounted rate. He never did. Completely ignored the situation. Be aware!

This place was perfect for 3 guys having a quick overnight trip to Charleston!

We were here on a girls trip and had a lovely time. Charleston is a wonderful time. The host, Stay Duvet, was fantastic. Easy communication and very accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay and girls trip at Brighton House! Stay Duvet was very communicative from the start. We were able to check in early upon arrival, which was very helpful as we took an uber and all had our luggage. The house was just as advertised. There were 5 of us and with two king beds and a double, there was plenty of space. We didn’t utilize the stove as we ate out every day, but the coffee maker works great! :) The beds were comfortable. It was a great location too! I would only say memory foam pillows would be nice, but not a deal breaker. The cold water was not very cold from the tap either, but not sure that is something management can control. Those are small things. We really had a great experience and a great time in Charleston. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Very cute house with everything a family could need. Nice cafe and restaurant next door and a short walk from King street shopping and dining.

Easy parking included with the location. Easy to walk to several restaurants from this location. Site is rated for 6 people but is a bit on the small side. Absolutely no storage area other than closets in one of the bedrooms. Not too convenient. Thought the price was too high for this location.
