Stayed Dec 12, 2025We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house was perfect, and Robin truly made it feel like home. It was cozy, thoughtfully designed, and you can tell she pays attention to every detail. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to coming back in the future.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025We had a wonderful anniversary stay in this spacious, impeccably furnished private wing attached to a lovely home, situated on a beautiful property. The surrounding area has ample farms and rustic charm, and in close proximity to downtown New Hope. It was a home-away-from home. Robin, the owner, has a great sense of the history of the area, and is an absolute delight and made us feel incredibly welcome.

Stayed Jan 18, 2025Robin is the most gracious and wonderful host! The property is beautiful . The accommodations are warm, cozy, clean and so comfortable. It is decorated beautifully . You feel like you are staying with family! The attention to detail is what makes this a rare find. The added touches wine , cheese & crackers , milk & OJ and a quiche all waiting for us upon arrival.The cozy wood fireplace just makes your stay complete. The location is perfect for exploring Peddlers Village and beautiful Bucks county. Can't wait to return!

Stayed Nov 22, 2023This place exceeded our expectations for comfort, beauty, and quality of life style. You are in the heart of Bucks county Pa where the scenery is classical and the amenities are first (really first) class. Our host had even provided some welcome snacks and yes the bouquet of roses were real!!

Stayed Nov 2, 2022This apartment, although attached to the main house, felt completely private and quiet, with its own entrance. The furnishings and ambience were very comfortable and took me back to another time when life was taken slower and every moment appreciated. I enjoyed getting to know Robin, my hostess, and there was no amenity that she hadn’t thought to have on hand for her guests. I would love to return sometime soon and see the seasonal plants and bushes in the beautiful gardens
