This was an extremely clean, neat and dog friendly home! Laureen was an excellent host! Any issue that came up she helped me immediately. The shower has PERFECT pressure and my dog LOVED the backyard! The patio lights were awesome! Five stars for sure!!!
I have neen thrilled to stay in this lovely home. From the welcome of the owner to the large park like back yard! The amenities are exactly as described, the location is phenomenal, and the house is quite lovely. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the dining room, and the bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable, I could not have been any happier with this lovely house! Thank you Maueeen and company!
We enjoyed our stay at the Ranchland home. The large shaded yard with privacy fencing was our favorite aspect of this property. Perfect for dogs and enjoying the breeze. It is an older house but we settled in quickly. Memories to last a lifetime. Thank you
My husband and I loved staying here for a month, great home base in Savannah! 12 min to downtown, 25 mins to Tybee. Quiet neighborhood.
My husband and I spent a month at Laureen's home. It was located in an older residential neighborhood of homes built in the fifties in Savannah. The neighborhood was quiet and was a great get away from the hustle bustle of downtown. The house next door was undergoing a house flip renovation and it was interesting to see the progress over the month. Although they were busy remodeling, they were very conscientious and not noisy. Laureen's home has a small kitchen that includes everything you need to make a meal. There are 3 bedrooms that were nicely decorated. A huge benefit to this home was the comfort of the King Size Bed. Being away for a month, a comfortable bed is important. There was a lovely formal dining room set up for an elegant dinner party. It is also a great area to set up PCs if you are working from home. There is a big backyard with a patio. If you have an animal, there is plenty of room for walking in the yard. My husband spent time watching his sports on the patio. There is a big screen tv in the family room that has cable tv and the bedrooms have individual ROKU tvs. There was a laundry room off the patio with a washer and dryer. The location was great as it was only 4 miles to downtown and about 12 miles to Tybee Island. We visited Forsyth Park, Tybee Island, Hilton Head Island, took the Savannah Queen Brunch tour and visited the Oglethorpe Mall several times. Some of the restaurants we went to were Carey Hilliards in Savannah, Hueys downtown Savannah, Crab Shack in Tybee Island, Tubbys Tankhouse in Thunderbolt Marina, Tequila Town in Sandfly, Cracker Barrel in Savannah Waffle House in Savannah. Finely, I appreciate our host Laureen who was extremely responsive. We had some questions about the trash pickup and the lock on the door. Laureen responded immediately and resolved issues. Also, there was an issue with the cable before we arrived, and Laureen arranged for repair the day we arrived. She also gave us recommendations of some restaurants to visit while in Savannah. Also, I appreciate Kate who greeted us on arrival and showed us around the home. In summary, this is an older home that is lived in and not fancy but very comfortable. The price was affordable. If i return to Savannah, I would certainly stay here again. Valerie and Mark Maine
Nice location. Close to downtown Savannah & Beautiful Daffin Park. Huge fenced backyard. Quiet older neighborhood. Nicely adorned bedrooms.
We stayed at the property for 3 months and it was excellent. The owners were very responsive and very nice to communicate with. We loved the backyard and the back porch. The home is in a great location and stocked with everything we needed for our extended stay. Would definitely recommend this lovely home and will stay in the future when we are in the area! Thank you!
We stayed here for a month and already missing it. It was close enough to the historic district, but far enough to be out of the crowds. The house was a quaint older home with charm and a few quirks. Toilet was a bit touchy to flush, but other than that it was exactly what we needed. Beds were super comfy. and the neighborhood was quiet. Big bonus, our Dog really enjoyed the big backyard. The hosts were great, defiantly recommend and would stay here again. Thank you!!
Laureen and Kate were so easy to work with and super responsive. We stayed for 30 days while our home was having some repair work done. The location is convenient to everything, and the home is very comfortable.
Place was nice, quiet and clean. Perfect for what I was looking for! Manager was always in communication and helpful. Thank you
