We really enjoyed the property. The design of the rooms and furnishings are attractive and cozy. The location worked for us. It was at the far end of Forsyth Park but walking closer into the river area was certainly doable. Brandon helped us with a door issue when we arrived (our mistake). We were very pleased with the experience overall.

Wonderful place in a fabulous location! The house looked exactly like the photos! It is on the ground level which was perfect for my mother in law. We enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor seating area and how there were so many great restaurants, shops, and parks nearby. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

This apartment was a great fit for our group of 6 women in town for a girls' weekend. The bedrooms were very comfortable and each had its own bath. It was a short walk to Forsyth park, and some members of our group checked out the farmers market on the weekend. It was a short drive to the downtown area (or a 30 min walk), which was convenient for us. Parking was good right behind the apartment. The owners checked in to make sure we had what we needed and replied very quickly to our messages. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this property!

We LOVED staying here! My husband and I rented this for our family vacation (us, my parents and aunt) and everyone had enough space and the rooms were very comfortable for everyone. The home was decorated beautifully, with things like coffee/creamer set up for us to use, which was a blessing. We spent a lot of time outside on the Backporch. We went on walks to Forsyth Park every night and grabbed milkshakes at Betty bombers. There’s a Kroger 2 minutes away and we were very close to all the activities we had set up throughout our week long stay. Chase was so kind and was in contact with us from the beginning, making sure we got in alright and had everything we needed during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better property manager to work with. We highly recommend renting from him!

Lovely location, beautiful flat. Wonderful high ceilings and classic architecture with lovely modern updates.3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom, and laundry made it nice for all of us to stretch out after touring Savannah. Parking was fine if you only have 1 vehicle, but you'll have to contend with troublesome street parking if you have more than one car. Street sweepers come by twice a week, so read the street signs.

It was nice to stay close to downtown plus I felt safe in the neighborhood. It was obvious the property and neighboring homes had ongoing renovations. There was a slight odor inside, I assume it's due to the property being unoccupied. Despite the sq ft listed, some of the living quarters were a bit tight and low water pressures. However, the beds were WONDERFUL. Left some crocs at the property, contacted the owner who responded initially then went MIA. I was willing to pay for the postage. Overall, we loved the large porch with shade options. We created beautiful photos and memories here.

What a lovely place to spend 5 days in Savannah. The location - proximity to Forsyth Park, restaurants, etc. was perfect. The place has so much charm and character, being a historic home, but also has the convenience of a modern renovation. We enjoyed the outdoor area with its comfortable furniture and curtains for privacy and the sun. The place is spacious and very clean. Everything you need for cooking is right there including a Keurig and coffee pot. The only downside is some noise from the upstairs apartment, but that would depend on who is occupying that space. (We heard loud footsteps in the middle of the night, but earplugs fixed that problem). I would highly recommend this property!

We will be back (I promise)! Parking was easy convenient (in the front and rear of the home), it's a few steps from the park and amazing dining. Every amenity you could ask for.....
