Our home sleeps 12 comfortably (5 queen beds and 1 king bed) and has 4 Bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked and has most of the basics for cooking. Please check prior for specifics. We are happy to make sure there are items stocked that you are in need of.
Private backyard with grill, patio set, fire chat sitting area, and in-ground pool and 8 person hot tub.
5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are upstairs. The sixth room is on the main floor with a queen size Murphy bed and a half bath

Stayed Jan 29, 2026We celebrated a 50th birthday with a trip of 11 ladies. We cooked and used the hot tub a lot. We stayed during winter so we didn’t use the pool. This house is layed out well for large groups, as most of the bedrooms are upstairs.I just wish there were a few extra bath towels and enough kitchen towels to do meal prep and clean the dishes. Everything was very clean! I would stay here again.

Stayed Nov 24, 2025The thermostat worked well as did the appliances. We did not use the outside pool or hot tub. There were little things; i.e. a sticky handrail up the inside stairs; one roll of paper towels; hair on the glass walls of the master shower. It looked like the cleaning people use the mop on the floor and then on the walls of the shower. On the upside the house was big enough for all ten of us and the TV was easy to use. There were house rules posted everywhere and it was difficult to keep the leaves out because there was a ton outside in the front yard due to the season.

Stayed Sep 12, 2025House was great. We were so glad to find a place with 6 bedrooms. Yard was a disappointment. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool or the hot tub because there was an overly chemical smell in both. Firepit was really nice. I understand the need for all of the warnings because of the noise ordinance, but the signage inside was a bit much.

Stayed Aug 28, 2025This home was great for our girls trip to Napa in Aug. 2025. Property is as listed. Six bedrooms, one for each of us. Pleasant walk to get coffee or have a meal at Sonoma Eats. Nice neighborhood.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025We were a party of 9 visiting the area for a family wedding (we stayed just one night). The host, Tom, was very responsive and kindly accommodated some scheduling challenges on our part. The cooling system was tricky and Tom was accommodating of that too. We'd love to return in the future to be able to use the pool and to spend more time in this comfortable property!

Stayed May 22, 2025We had an amazing time! Would definitely recommend this property. We had 10 girls and there was plenty of space for all of us to stay there comfortably. Super cute backyard space. Sonoma had pretty strict rules about no speakers outside and quiet hours after 9-10 ish.

Stayed Feb 21, 2025Great stay from start to finish. We booked this for a trip with friends to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. Communication with Tom was great. Was able to checkin a little early and allowed us to have ballons delivered before our arrival for a surpise for my husband. Plenty of space for 11 adults. Overall a great time.
