Private Single Story Minutes to Beaches, Biking/Running Trails & Downtown St Joe

This house was very nice for my small family's stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Plenty of kitchen stuff (dishes, cookware, etc), beach chairs/umbrella/beach toys & beach towels. The PacMan arcade game was a huge hit with my son! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was a great location, just a few minute drive to two beaches we visited. The back yard was really nice although we didn't end up using much as we did so much adventuring in the area! I would definitely enjoy staying here again if/when we come back to this area!!

Great stay! Loved all of the extras….beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach cart, beach towels and sand toys! You really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The toy/game closet and arcade game were a big hit with my grandson! Thank you for making a chill getaway for us!!!

The location of this ranch home is wonderful. Quiet neighborhood with walk/bike path across the street. Just minutes away from St. Joe beaches and lighthouses. Our family had a great time, and the grandkids (and adults) enjoyed the pac-man arcade game!

Close proximity to everything, clean, and well stocked. The welcome book was very helpful for things to do. Host was very friendly and easy to reach.

Our family of four stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful time. The house was clean and in a great location. We loved the close proximity to the beaches and the binder of recommendations and things to do. Thanks to that binder, we discovered some new favorites and things to do that we wouldn’t have tried otherwise. Kelly was very communicative and the check in and out process was super easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time, the house is close to everything and 5 minutes from the beach. We will be staying again!

Our stay in Benton Harbor was much needed and so close to Lake Michigan. The house was spacious, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The host Kelly was very easy to communicate with.

I can’t say enough good about our stay! Friendly owners who are extremely attentive and communicate so well. The home is perfect and so close to beachfronts. We will absolutely be back for our next summer vacation to Michigan!

Montes Dunes was a wonderful home base for our stay. The place has the perfect location to pop into town or even have a nice relaxing night in on the patio. This trip we were just my wife, our son, and I. We did have some family come visit but they just stayed during the day and they said the place was great as well. The host packed everything as needed for a perfect lake day as well as all the little things like games and the Pac-Man machine was a hit with our son. Wonderful place to call home for our week-long trip. She even left a log with lots of local info. This place is truly amazing and we would stay here again on our next trip.

Great location. We were in town for the holiday weekend to fish for trout and salmon. It was a first time in Michigan. Great area!

We stayed here for 2 days on a family visit and this place was just perfect. It’s nice cozy place very close to rocky gap beach and silver beach as well as Saint Joseph Downtown. There was a binder with all info about local restaurants!

Kelly is a a great host. The place is cute. Kids had a fun time. We enjoyed our stay.

First family vacation for us where it was just our family. The house was perfect for us! It was clean, kid friendly, and even had household items and pantry staples! Super close to beautiful beaches and right across the road to a trailhead that you could walk, hike, or bike!

Liked the Ranch Style, all on one floor. Plenty for kids to do. Fire pit and wood was an extra bonus. Fenced in yard gave privacy. Not far from beaches. Could have used more than one roll of TP in the bathrooms. The bedrooms were spacious and the deck with a lge table was nice. We enjoyed the big yard. TP

My friends and I had a great stay at this property. Nice and quiet and close to everything we needed. We would definitely return!

We were looking forward to spending time in St. Joseph and Sliver Beach. This location was ideal for that. Quiet neighborhood. Less than ten minutes from the town and beach. House functions well and accommodated most of our needs. Having a washer and dryer was definitely a plus. However, I am a clean freak and had a few issues. Though the house presents well, the biggest issue we had were several earwigs in both bathrooms and the kitchen. Quite unnerving! We were startled as they were found in and around the toilets, in bathroom and kitchen counter tops. Also, falling from hanging washcloths, towels and clothing in the bathroom. My husband, granddaughter and myself ran out of the four rolls of toilet paper by the fourth morning. It seems an ample amount should have been provided. Mixed feelings on this rental that’s why I couldn’t give it a five.
