Newer Beachfront Contemporary, Unparalleled Views

We love this house and the location. It is the second time we have stayed and it was just as great as we remembered.

This is our 2nd time having a family weekend at this home. We were 8 adults and 6 kids ranging in age from 7 months to 14 years old. It’s fabulous. Room for everyone to spread out and also to gather around the huge dining table. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house, perfect for extended family gathering.

The house was the perfect home base for our family during our daughter's wedding weekend. Plenty of space for our multi-generational family group who were in town for the festivities. There were a lot of stairs for the older folks to navigate, but overall the multi-level living space gave everyone in our big group privacy and space to spread out. The views of Lake Michigan are stunning from all of the floor to ceiling windows, and were the perfect backdrop for family photos! We did brave the 200 steps down to the beach and back up (quite a workout), but were rewarded with a beautiful stretch of beach to walk along during out stay.

Amazing... perfect for a family gathering. Enjoyed by our whole family group. A lot of activities close by. Cute towns for shopping and dining short drive. House and property are exceptional.

Outstanding property with all the amenities. Plenty of beach toys, chairs, towels, umbrellas and the like. The house was spectacular with sleeping spaces and bathrooms for everyone. Very impressed with the utensils and dishes in the kitchen (they had everything one could need). Very clean, well-appointed with backup linens, bath towels and supplies. Allowed 3 family's plenty of together and alone space. Only drawback was the steps to the beach for the little ones.

12 cousins from 6 different states gathered for a reunion week at this wonderful home! Pictures are very accurate but really don’t do it justice. We had mild temps in the high 70’s - low 80’s, good for shirtsleeves. Sunsets were spectacular. The kitchen was among the best stocked of any VRBO I’ve experienced - this includes spices and baking supplies, 4 high quality cookie sheets and other cookware, plus lots of prep and serving pieces. Ample seating inside and on the deck was much appreciated. Puzzles and games abounded. (I hadn’t played Yahtzee since I was a kid!)The place was clean and sparkly for our arrival! The beds were made well and stayed tucked in at the bottom. Plenty of cleaning supplies were available. Our host/owner communicated promptly and provided excellent before and after instructions via PDF prior to our arrival. I would love to stay here again.

Booked for our family vacation. House was perfect size and all the amenities of home. Kayaks and beach chairs and added bonus so didn’t have to take up and down the stairs. We made great families memories.

We have been coming here for many years because this is the best place to stay on Lake Michigan. The amenities are great and the view can't be beat.

This was our third visit to this magnificent property with our extended family. It never disappoints! Views and beach are spectacular! The house is perfect for our whole family. We always create the best memories. We are so thankful for this special place!

Wonderful accommodations inside and out! Beautiful private beach....access to beach lots of steps however very much worth the effort!

We came for a long weekend for a milestone birthday celebration. Ten people, three generations. The house was amazing. Really spectacular. Beware, the beach was very pretty, but the stairs to the beach are steep and uneven. It can also get windy on the deck, making grilling a challenge.

They offer a very beautiful modern house, and the best view of the Lake Michigan. The house is very clean and we really appreciated the white impeccable linen! Kitchen is well equipped. Fire pit was great, and has a best location on the property. We enjoyed the private beach and the beach chairs every day, despite the number of steps. We spent most of our time on the beautiful big terrace with enough sitting for the whole grup to eat together. The owner responded very quickly to our questions. Everyone was happy with this property and we are all planning to return next year. Thank you for renting it!!
