Stayed Jul 21, 2024I had a nice stay in the garage suite. The room and bathroom are nice and have plenty of storage space, and the kitchenette is located in the garage. There's some noise by the window from a bus passing regularly and there was occasionally noise from the upstairs guests walking around, but the neighborhood overall was quiet. I liked that it was close to McLaren Park. Good communication with Herbert. I felt he listing is a bit misleading in that garage access is not actually guaranteed, and I had to park on the street/driveway for 10 of the 40 days of my reservation. Overall good stay for reasonable price.

Stayed Sep 14, 2023Herbert is an outstanding host. He is very kind, caring and so prompt and available with communication. His suite is so cute, clean and equip with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The Portola district is also so beautiful. i hope you get a chance to book a stay with Herbert :)
