Private Riverfront Estate w/heated pool and deep water dock

The house is gorgeous and cozy while the views off the back porch are captivating. No better place to enjoy morning coffee! Plus, Emily, the house manager, is super responsive and provided a long list of recommendations for things to do, restaurants, etc. but you may not want to ever leave the house.!

The property was as Advertised which isn't always the case. The York River and its access to the Ocean are a perfect location. Sitting on the back Veranda was peaceful looking out at the York River and all it has to offer. There is so much to do in the York area from Hikes to Beaches to a kid friendly Zoo and Amusement Park. Restaurants are abundant and the towns are picturesque. We can't say enough wonderful things about this property and Location. The pool and hot tub are truly a backyard oasis. Emily our property manager was always available to answer any question and available to drop by if needed. Thanks, Emily, for your wonderful attention to detail. A great vacation.

This is such a special place, exuding peace and serenity. We loved every minute of our stay and the loving homey feel of the house. So many special touches, a well stocked kitchen, and great proximity to all that York and the Maine coast has to offer. The wildlife abounds - even bald eagles! We truly loved every moment and the memories we created. So looking forward to our next visit. Emily went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we needed and more. Beautiful views abound, from inside to out and then some. Even with rainy weather, the pool and spa, outdoor grounds to walk, and interior with LOTS of room for everyone to play games, cook & eat, and sleep-everything gave us a glow of life!

Beautiful, beautiful home and surrounding area. Perfect for a fun family gathering. Perfect for old friends reuniting. Perfect as a big, wonderful, happy place for family and friends of all ages to hang out together and explore a bit of Maine. Bright colors, beautiful art, tastefully/creatively decorated. The warm, saltwater pool was heavenly and the big, welcoming porch with hammock, dining area and ample seating was a relaxing spot to sip morning coffee and watch the mist lift from the river. A pair of eagles hung out in a big tree in the backyard and entertained us. Overall, the property had enough space for happy togetherness and enough to be quietly alone if you wanted to. We kayaked every day. An exquisite property. Not all bedrooms were equally as wonderful as others, but the rest of the property makes up for that. Emily, the property manager, was the best part of our stay. She made magic happen.

Beyond our expectations. The house was gorgeous and spacious with room for us to either be all together or have privacy watching films in different media rooms etc. Pool and jacuzzi fabulous. Dock walk to kayaking huge surprise and loved by all!!!

This is the PERFECT place for your family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone, lots of space both indoors and outdoors to gather, and the most amazing porch you'll ever see. Mornings start with a cup of coffee watching the sun rise and the tide come in from the living room or adjacent porch. There's a dock with kayaks and plenty of calm and scenic water to enjoy right from the yard. The pool is warm and inviting after a dip in the river. The deep water dock is a few minutes' cruise from the ocean. If bringing your own boat, coordinate ahead of time with the host. The kitchen is large enough to prepare big meals and the table seated our entire extended family. The house has plenty of single and double beds for pretty much any combination of family members. The host was helpful and incredibly responsive, but was very respectful of our privacy.

Seamless experience beginning to end. House was perfect fit for large family. We all had a great time, especially enjoyed the York Maine area.

This property ABSOLUTELY exceeded our expectations! This home is beautiful, spacious, and well-appointed……an ideal fit for our multi generation family. We had 10 adults and 2 children and the home had more than enough room and gathering places to still get lost! Our favorite spot was the front porch overlooking the York River! (Coffee as the sun rose and wine as the sun set!) Upon arrival, the property manager, Emily, graciously guided us through this beautiful home pointing out everything we needed to know for our stay. There were fresh flowers, a nice welcome letter, and a basket of goodies that made us feel like were were staying at the home of a friend! From the fully stocked kitchen to the bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry room, and pool, this home had provided everything you could possibly need during your stay. The beds were very comfortable with beautiful linens. There were pool toys, children’s life preservers, indoor toys, sunscreen, bug spray……..you name it and they had it!! Throughout our stay, Emily made herself more than available to answer any questions or address any issues that we might run into. (I also want to note that Emily was in frequent contact with me prior to our arrival answering any questions or concerns I might have had). Any initial hesitation I had when researching the property (mainly due to the ‘unknowns ' that might exist) were removed pretty quickly after the first couple of conversations I had with Emily. Magnificent home, great location, plenty of space...beautiful. It is clear the owners and Emily take great pride in the property. On a side note, we had a fantastic dinner at Walkers Maine, (a recommendation from Emily). The restaurant will become one of your all time favorites for sure!! Everyone had an amazing trip and this property was a key component in what I deem a overwhelming success!! I wish we could have stayed longer but fingers crossed we will be back again to this piece of paradise! Thank you Emily!
