This property has it all. We were very comfortable staying there and we would do it again.

This home is paradise!!! My family loved everything about it inside and out. We had a great time dining at the outdoor table, using the pool n spa, sitting around the fire pit and using the pool and shuffleboard tables. For us, it was all about the hang for our family in a beautiful oasis ❤️?❤️

Our stay at Little Palm was great from start to finish for our family reunion. The house is very roomy and well equipped—easily accommodated our group. There is something for everyone, including the great outdoor living area and the loaded game room. Communication with Yvonne was excellent—very responsive and helpful even on Christmas Eve. Would definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the whole house. The main suite was perfect for my daughters family that included 2 babies. The closet was big enough to double as a make shift bedroom for the toddler. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were awesome. It was even handicap accessible for my MIL.

Beautiful property. Lots to do on site. Didn't feel like venturing out much. Nothing like watching football from the jacuzzi!

The house is beautiful. We loved everything very much. The pool had quit and they got it fixed right away. We could not of ask for anything better. Would love to go back sometime.

Beautiful property! Nice neighborhood. Safe, fun, environment with convenient beach nearby. The beach amenities (chairs, umbrella etc) were perfect. Kids lived in the pool. Grill worked great and kitchen well equipped.

This is an amazing property, and I highly recommend it. There are so many amenities that when we signed the guest book I left the section “places we recommend” blank - we didn’t need to find outside entertainment! This property is immaculate - you are provided plenty of towels, and there is a washer and dryer for your convenience.Things you won’t need to bring:Shampoo, conditioner, shower washCoffeeHair dryersThe property hosts provide small convenience touches as well - charging ports on each nightstand, laundry detergent and softenerPlus, bonus, and much appreciated - all the light switches are labeled, as well as all the drawers and cabinets containing household items.This house is located in a beautiful neighborhood and is super quiet.Really, this house is about as perfect as it gets!If I may make a suggestion - perhaps unscented fabric softener. Some people are sensitive to heavily scented products.But that’s a minor issue - we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I recently stayed at this beautiful beach house in Jacksonville Beach, and it was fantastic. The location is perfect, offering privacy and tranquility in an extremely quiet neighborhood—so quiet, you could hear a pin drop...or maybe just the sound of your own relaxation.The outdoor area was the highlight of my stay. The heated saltwater pool and spa provided a relaxing retreat, and the fully screened setup kept us comfortable and bug-free. Watching shows on the outdoor TV while lounging by the pool was a unique and enjoyable experience—who knew you could binge-watch your favorite series while floating?Evenings were spent in the game room, which offered plenty of entertainment options like ping pong, foosball, and shuffleboard. It was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring—though my ping pong skills might need a little work!The location is ideal, with easy access to the beach, downtown Jacksonville Beach, and St. Augustine. Exploring the area on the included bikes was a fun and convenient way to experience the area—just watch out for the occasional raccoon crossing!Overall, this beach house offers a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Jacksonville Beach.

The house was excellent, the best home we have ever stayed. The beds are extremely comfortable, the outdoor space was a dream come true along with the game room. The location is perfect, rode bikes to the beach. Our family of 9 really did not want to leave. The furnishings, decor, and items available to use were outstanding. Will stay there again!!

We stayed here over New Years. The rental was well stocked with things we needed. Coffee pods, sugar, creamers, plates, other dishes, towels, etc.We also liked the very reasonable check-out requirements. Not a full days work as we have encountered before. Minor negatives: oven needs cleaning, stove top overhead fan we couldn't get to work and the dishwasher soap dispenser didn't open when load finished.Overall, great space in a quiet neighborhood.

Very very nice house with everything you need for a family or friends vacation! Everything for the beach. Wonderful lanai area with huge table and chairs and pool. The house was fully stocked with bath and beach towels, cleaning supplies, storage items in the kitchen, and K-cups for the coffee maker. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the home and amenities. Only issue if you could call it that, parking, 5 spaces is a little misleading and the location of the driveway and street island made backing up a bit of a challenge while also staying on pavement. I think the 5 spaces would be for small economy type cars as opposed the trucks/suvs/crossovers
