The kitchen needed a bit more and the house needed minor upkeep but the location and comfort was great. I would stay here again!

Absolutely loved this house. Looks exactly like the pictures. We had 6 Adults and had plenty of room. The pool is good size. And the house is just a few steps to the gorgeous ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location. It was just a block from the beach. All the stores were just minutes away. The house itself was cozy and comfortable. It was nice to have a pool in the back. The kids loved it. I'd stay there again.

The house is located 1 block from the beach and central to shopping and dining. Easy beach access so you can go back and forth in a day. Very comfortable and family friendly! We would definitely visit again!

Nice house and an awesome location. Pool was great and there is a gazebo that we weren’t aware of, but was great when grilling fresh fish and a pop up shower comes through. House could use some TLC on some issues, but the property management team was extremely responsive to the minor issues that arose. This property met our needs very well and is highly recommended. Gave it a four (wish I could do a 4.5) as there were some things that should have been discovered by the cleaners and reported, and the back gate and pool toys storage box needed attention. Again, the property manager is on it, but just some things that would make this a true five start property. Thanks for good memories.

Beautiful, clean place with private pool just within walking distant to the beach and shopping centers.

We stayed at this beach house for 4 nights and had a great time overall. The location is convenient about a quarter mile from the beach which made it easy to get there while still being in a quiet area. The house was very clean, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free.The only downsides were the master bedroom mattress, which wasn’t very comfortable, and the lack of blinds on the entrance door. A little added privacy there would have been nice.Other than that, it was a great place to stay and we really enjoyed our time!

This house has a great location and a saltwater pool such a bonus that it was saltwater! However just a few problems arose. The first was the bed upstairs was so very terrible that my husband and I both had backaches everyday. Please get a new mattress! The second was the lightbulb was burned out in the master bath toilet which was too high for my husband to reach and to be fair we did not ask anyone to change it because we did not want our time interupted.the third is the upstairs shower line is clogged with hair. The fourth was we killed 2 very big roaches in the kitchen which on the coast is probably going to happen so it is fine with me. For the location though if they changed the mattress I would book this place again.

Very nice close to everything

We recently stayed at the Crystal Cottage at Crystal Shores in Destin. It was an amazing place. Everything worked perfectly. The beds slept great and the pool was great to hang out in after being on the beach, which was a short walk away. The RealJoy team was super helpful from check in to check out and were very prompt in answering the few questions we had during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying there if you’re ever in the Destin area!

we throughly enjoyed our stay! The property is located in a great area. We were minutes away from eateries, shopping, and other fun actives. But almost just feet away from the ocean. My family and I have raved about the stay and will be back next year. Thanks for having us!

We had a great stay. The house was exactly what we needed. It was so clean and the pool was great. Being only a 5 minute walk to the beach was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

this place was so dirty when we checked in. None of the furniture matches. Grass wasn’t cut. Garden isn’t kept up with. The “repairs” in the house were horribly executed. Dead roaches in cabinets. Very frustrating to pay a cleaning fee and it’s not even clean on arrival. Would not recommend staying here.

The location was great. Close to essentials for shopping, eating, groceries, etc. Close to the beach too. The home was clean, and comfortable. We totally enjoyed our stay. Will come back again for sure.
