Private Pool/Pool House pet friendly 5BR 5 Bath/Across street from ocean

We chose this house because of the wonderful location and the fun pool house/game room for my kids. We played ping pong, searched for shark teeth on the beach, and explored nearby Fort Clinch and downtown Fernandina Beach. And all this in winter! In summer I imagine it would be even more fun to use the pool. Great house, great location. King size beds a bonus. :)

This is a fantastic location and there are so many great features to the house. We loved the multiple kitchens, living areas and beautiful porches to spend time on when we were not on the beach. In addition to the house, having a separate pool house (and of course the pool), was another great feature. I recommend Blueberry Dunes, and if we are in the area with a big group again…I’ll be back!

The property was clean, spacious, well stocked, and perfectly set up for Families with small dogs. This was the first place we have been at Fernandina Beach in 18 years that we wanted to immediately book for the following year. I would highly recommend it. The owners are great to work with!

We had a group of 11 of us in our group with 4 different families. We did feel like this house was great in that each family kind of had their own space. The location of this house is fantastic! You are literally across the street from the ocean and were able to even hear the ocean at times. We loved the back yard area and the pool. They also have a volleyball court out front. The only complaint we had was the kitchen was lacking certain things like containers with lids and large drink containers. Be sure to bring beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach! We had a wonderful time and felt this house met our needs for our annual family vacation.

We loved the fact there were so many bedroom, plenty of bathrooms and lots of sitting room. We especially loved having the pool to have a break from the beach and for some enjoyable after dinner pool fun. We even got to see some turtles, lots of lizards and even met the neighbors, who shared their dog Sammy for the kids to play with. We look forward to another stay.

Everything was good. The kids love and enjoyed the pool and outdoor area.

Perfect place for us and our adult children and families to stay together for beach and family time. Large driveway, proximity to beach and restaurants, well stocked kitchen, king sized beds, games & activities, and baby supplies all made it a great rental for our large family. We wished we knew the pool wasn't heated as it was quite chilly during the week we were there (last week in March).

House is 100% as advertised. You cannot beat the location. Across the street from the beach and close to several beach bars and restaurants. Quick 5 minute uber ride to main drag with more eating options. Mark was highly communicative and answered any questions that we had. I would rent from him again! Great spot for a guys weekend

we had about 10 friends shaing the house for a weekend birthday celebration. the house is great, well stocked and set up worked well. we even did some crafting in the backyard by the pool. location is perfect for access to restaurants, shopping, etc. great house for a group.

We took the family to Amelia Island and found the house and location great...the weather didn't coorperate but everything else did and we had an awesome time

We loved the property. It was spacious and very clean and well maintained. The pool was wonderful. My two adult kids and their friends had a great time along with our two dogs. The backyard was fenced so our fur babies had so much fun playing. With 5 adults in the party, we had plenty of space and “me” time. Definitely reserving this place again
