This place is amazing!! It was much larger than expected. The kitchen was more stocked than expected with spices. The pool was perfect, and the screened in porch/lanai was the perfect place to relax. The huge porch swing was a hit! It is walking distance to the beach and we loved having the golf cart. We will definitely look to stay here again next summer!! (Coffee pot takes cone filters!)

Everything was exactly as advertised- excellent across the board. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future. The pool was a standout highlight, but the entire property created such a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Accommodations for cooking was fine. The pool was the best.

Wonderful home, pool, and location traveled for spring break with our 3 young children and could not have asked for a better week. Short trip to seaside for day outings and great food options and beach access a quick golf cart ride away. Our older boys loved the bunk area upstairs with enough space for all. Will definitely keep this property on list of go to for 30a trips!

The homeowners provide a complete breakdown room by room on how tvs work and where to find utensils in the kitchen! This was so helpful. The pool heat was great for the end of November. Great location and such a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were so nice and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

First class amenities. Owners spared no expense on decor and landscaping. Beautiful place. Quiet location. Close to beaches and restaurants. Will definitely book again!!

This property is the favorite destination on 30A for my wife, our dog, Boomer, and me! We have stayed here multiple times. And it NEVER disappoints! The owners, John and Johnna, are fantastic to work with and are quick to respond should an issue arise, which rarely ever happens. John and Johnna treat us like family. And we are so thankful for that. We will be making plans for our 2026 vacation weeks in the next few months. And booking this amazing property will be at the very top of our list.John D.

We have rented a lot of homes and this was by far the BEST!!! Everything was top notch from the amenities to the cleanliness, comfort etc. We will most definitely stay here again.

Close to beach but still very private. We stayed with our 20 something sons and their girlfriends. Everyone loved the house. Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped, screened in porch was great for game night and afternoon naps! Walk to beach wasn’t far and golf cart made it even easier. The pool was my favorite spot! House is so scenic itself, we took family pics on the porch. Planning a return trip already!

This place is the best equipped beach house. The beach was minutes away with a golf cart to get you back and forth. The private pool was amazing with plenty of chairs and an outdoor shower. We had an extra refrigerator in the garage and an ice machine. There wasn’t anything we needed that we didn’t have in the kitchen. The screened porch with a bed swing was amazing. I am a bed snob and these beds are so comfy. This is the second time I have stayed at this house. I hope to make it an annual stay. The host are the best!

My wife and I, along with our dog, Boomer, ALWAYS look so forward to spending a relaxing week in this amazing property. It never disappoints!! The home itself is immaculate and laid out so conveniently. It even smells so inviting when you walk in the door that I have placed an Amazon order for the same Wallflower Plug-Ins to keep in my office at work! We thoroughly enjoy the pool area as well as the golf cart that is included with the rental. When the pool area is lit up in the evenings, it is a thing of beauty! One of my personal favorite things about the property is the large garage. That is an extremely unique plus and is the chosen spot for me to store my pier cart, sand spikes and sand flea rake. The garage also has its own ice machine! I never had to buy the first bag of ice the entire eight days we were there...and I use a LOT of ice!! This was our third or fourth time staying here and we hope to return again as soon as possible! Johnna and John (the owners) are fantastic to work with and are so very nice and accommodating! Lord willing, we will be returning there shortly!!John D.

Great house, so spacious and the private pool is amazing! This was probably the most well stocked and appointed rental I’ve had and would definitely recommend! Johanna/John were very responsive to questions ahead of the trip and to one quick question I had during.

We stayed here in March with our 2,5, & 8 year old. My 70 year old mom who has a cane and our dog and it was perfect. Can’t beat a heated pool right outside your door, the golf cart and plenty of space indoors and outdoors to curl up with a book. Location is just a short drive or walk to the beach and not as crowded as other places along 30a. We plan to be back again soon!

We enjoyed our stay. The home had lots of amenities, more than we actually used. Close proximity to the beach - a quick 2 min golf cart ride. The pool was nice which we used a couple of times. Love the quietness of the neighborhood, enjoyed having breakfast on the screened porch listening to the birds singing. At night you could hear the beach waves in the distance. Bed was comfy and kitchen was well appointed. Enjoyed Redfish Taco and Blue Mountain bakery nearby, plus a short drive to other restaurants. Loved that the property is pet friendly as we were able to bring our two small dogs along for a quick vacation. If we decide to visit the area again and not stay directly on the beach, we will consider this property again.
