We stayed at It Is Well during fall break (Sept 21-27) and it was everything the listing said it would be! The house was very clean and organized well. It was perfect for our family of 4! The location to the beach was amazing and having the small pool for the kids was perfect! We will definitely be back again!

The views are amazing and the beach access is literally less than 150 steps. The pool was just what we needed for cooling off and floating around. It’s not a full size but definitely not hot tub size as other reviews suggested. Plenty of beach gear so we didn’t have to bring our own chairs. The beds are very comfortable. The only suggestion I have is upgrading the two sofas. Plenty of seating for everyone to relax in the evenings. Just a wonderful house. We will definitely be back to It Is Well!

“It is well” was a beautifully laid out and clean property. You can tell the owner has put time and effort in making sure every guest is cared for. Pros:- exceptionally clean- spacious kitchen- full size laundry room with food storage- extra beach towels- extra beach chairs- easy beach access- comforting and peaceful atmosphere Cons:- Road noise from Cape San Blas Rd.- Pool was nice to have but is not large. It is more of a soaking pool, not for swimming. Two adults and two small children fill the pool.- Limited “take out” options in town- Hurricane Michael eroded the beach and stumps are exposed in many areas. Overall, this was a great trip and a beautiful house. The state park was also great with white sand beaches and wading opportunities for kids to find sand dollars. I would definitely recommend.Thank you!

great time on San Blas

The house was so clean! And I loved the extra touches like beach towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, beach chairs. There was even laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, etc.. This makes traveling to the beach so much easier. Thank you for that. We will definitely be back!

Really great house in a great location.

The house is great, very clean, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for a family of 4 to not get in each others way. We were all very impressed with how clean the house was. The pool and deck were great places to hang out during rain showers or simply taking some downtime. The only drawback I would have is the beach area location. If all you want to do is fish it’s great. If you love to be in the water there are a lot of stumps in the area. We drove to the state park and one of the public beach access points which were both great. The only drawback I have are the beach area

The house was stocked well with all the essentials needed for a week stay. The only thing to note is there are stumps in the water and on the beach at the access around the house.

The furniture was dated but with 2 seven year olds and a 3 year old, that worked perfectly. We weren’t constantly telling them to get off the couches. We sat on the porch a good portion of the time. The children spent a good deal of time in the pool. We did have to purchase more towels and bath cloths. Overall, we made great memories and had an awesome time and this house was a part of that so thank you for allowing us to spend time there.

It is well with us after spending this wonderful week in your home. Everything we needed!!! Suggestion comment install a baby gate or something at top of stairs. Highly recommended
