Private Pool Oasis! Close to Lake Sumter Landing!

The pool was a little chilly at first until the sun warmed it up in the last two weeks. The house is very comfortable. The outdoor space was excellent with the screened in pool being a great place to hang out and cool off.

There are many features about this house that we especially like - the roominess of the house, the layout of the house, location to the recreation center, location in general, and every year updates are made to the house whuch are needed for an older property. Even though we cannot go in the pool because it is too cold, it makes the lanai a very pleasant place to relax. Downhome Properties goes above and beyond to help! (There are two snakes on the outside wall of the pool. Saw them last couple of days we were there) you can leave this off of display.

enjoyed our stay at this location the pool area is great, and has total privacy. The pool (because of no heater) was cold but we used it anyway. Some furnishing could be updated, but all and all we thoroughly enjoyed our time

Loved the privacy of the patio pool area, cleanliness of the house, amenities provided, and the convenient location to the town squares, nightly entertainment, golf and recreation centers, shopping and churches. Central Florida location makes visits to Orlando, many State and National Parks, plus the Gulf and Atlantic coasts possible in a day.
