Private Pool, Near Beach, Ocean Views, Outdoor Kitchen, Arcade Games, Dog Friendly w/Fence

This house is in an excellent location - right across the street from the beach access. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. I gave cleaning a 4 star because when we checked in there were several large dead roaches in the downstairs rooms. However, we only saw a few small live ones after that. Also, the downstairs bedroom bathroom floor had some sand on it. A few minor issues in the house - the downstairs master bathroom had no towel racks so no place to hang wet towels or swimsuits. The outside gas grill - only 1 burner lit. So minor issues - otherwise a great house. We loved it. We had an issue with the washing machine. We reached out to the rental company so they are aware of it. Hopefully they will get it fixed or replaced.

The location was great - just a short walk to the beach, but the house is so great that we barely went to the beach. This house was the most organized I've seen and the perks like the game, pool, and outdoor sitting area were only icing to the cake. I would definitely recommend and stay here for future visits.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. Having a pool was great and being able to bring our dogs with a fenced area and dedicated space for them really made it perfect for us. The house is an easy walk to the beach and everything we needed was provided. I found the iTrips staff to be extremely receptive, answering any questions I had within minutes of texting them and they quickly resolved the one minor issue we had. They repeatedly offered to assist with any further needs we had, which wasn’t necessary. We would definitely consider renting again here or at other iTrip properties.

My family and I had a great stay, the house was clean and an easy walk to the beach. We brought our 1 year old and our dog, and they both had a great time on their first trip to the beach. I will say though, the stairs inside are a little steep, my dog was afraid to use them, but she was a pro by the end of our stay. We also brought our own baby gates, but we only had to use one on the porch outside. It's a great house in a great spot, it's close to the Fort Fisher museum and aquarium. I definitely recommend staying here, and can't wait to come back!

Dunetinnes was the perfect beach house for our trip! The outdoor space was amazing, the house was super clean and comfortable, and the beach was right across the street. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and would definitely come back!!

The home was clean, and iTrip was very accommodating throughout our stay. We loved exploring the area—between the beach, the aquarium, and local spots, there was so much to do. This home was the ultimate getaway! The location was fantastic—just a short trip to the beach and the aquarium. It was spacious, comfortable, we could even bring our dog, which was a huge plus for us! The property was very clean. We had an amazing time and we want to book another stay for when the weather is warmer and we can use the pool!

We really loved the proximity to the beach access path and the beach. It was a bonus to be able to see the ocean from the front porch. It was great to have our own pool. The children spent many hours in there. We appreciated the pool towels. Especially liked the floor plan of the kitchen and living room. Very open and family friendly. We did all of our eating there and never went out. Parking is good. We were 6 adults and 4 children and it was just the right amount of room with plenty of bathrooms. Great communication with the property owner.

House was perfect for what we needed. Had all of the essentials you could ask for. Pool was perfect for the not so great weather days. Amazing location. Super quiet and relaxing!

The house was filthy, with mold growing in shower curtains and lipstick stains on most glasses in the cabinet. The rental agency reminded us at every turn that they were a “family run business,” which seemed to be their excuse for anything from over-charging for pet fees beyond what was listed, missing items in the house, the level of filth, and the non-working arcade game supposedly being for “decorative purposes only.” The house does not have arcade games. It has one. Bugs came out everywhere and the rental agency tried to frame that as normal by putting a sign on the refrigerator that cockroaches were ok. This house is not worth the price and the rental agency, who offers gift card bribes for positive reviews, only made it worse. Their emails were long, confusing, and most often not tailored to the amenities of a specific property, which required follow up on renter’s part to clarify. Writing clear, property specific emails, having attention to detail, cleaning the house, and adjusting the listing to accurately reflect the property features instead of what the property aspires to be would be important improvements.

Great space to enjoy the beach, pool and iutdoor cooking

This rental home was perfect. Across the street from the beach, very clean, comfortable and spacious. Having a private pool was really nice especially with a two year old.

ITrip was easy to deal with. Booking was easy and during our stay communication was easy. Had a few problems but they addressed them promptly. We were also able to check in early (12:00) at no charge. I’ve never heard of any other agency doing that before!!!!

The property is spacious and great for a small group or mid-size family. The pool was a great addition, and there is convenient access to the beach.
