We absolutely loved our stay at this house. It was very clean, plenty of extra toiletries and a beautiful pool. We loved the gated entrance as well as the quiet area! We will definitely rent this place again!

We’ve stayed in the Naples area a few times now and Anne is by far the most caring, responsive host we have had. We were reached out to a couple of weeks before our trip due to some storm damage on the home we were staying in and Anne immediately gave multiple options to help with the inconvenience in case it couldn’t be fixed yet. I thought that was so incredibly sweet. Everything with the home ended up being just fine when we arrived and the house was perfect. We have a 1 year old, 6 and 10 year old. They had a blast. Beds were all cozy. Pool was AMAZING. Anne even made sure to have a pack & play and a highchair ready for us at the home so we could save some room on our road trip. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and comfortable. The reviews on here of the hosts really stood out to us and sold us on booking and we are so glad we did. Thank you all so much!

We spent 2 weeks in Paradise. The house was very comfortable & clean-provided everything we needed. The pool was amazing-although we did go to the beach ( just a short drive away) we spent the majority of our time relaxing in the pool.

Beautiful house in nice neighborhood. Grandsons loved the pool. Husband and I enjoy walking around neighborhood and going to parks in Naples. We spent alot of our time sitting outside in the linai enjoying the fantastic weather. Owners very easy to communicate with. We had a great 2 weeks. withcommunicate with.

The home was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and was located in a very nice neighborhood. The view of the lake from the lanai was beautiful, the pool has a nice layout with a couple different depths. The furniture throughout was in very good condition and comfortable. We enjoyed walking the community, being a gated neighborhood it felt relaxing. Anne was very easy to contact and made our stay 100 % enjoyable. Next time we are Naples we will be staying here again.

This home had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation in Naples. The owner was very pleasant to communicate with, and the neighborhood was great for daily walks.

Very nice and ready to accept guests. Didn't have to supply all food condiments like we did at other rental we used. All towels were clean and ready to use. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

The home was perfect for our stay. Everything appears as in the pictures. It has everything you need during your stay and I really appreciated the kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking and eating equipment and utensils you would need including cling wrap, paper towel, aluminum foil, spices, sugar. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was lovely. The owners are quick to respond to any questions and were very helpful to us. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful 30 days in Briarwood. Quiet nice gated community close to the beaches and downtown. Highly recommend this place for any families looking to get away or seniors to spend the winter. Marc and Anna are fantastic hosts!

Everything you need!!! Shampoo, paper towels, beach towels and plenty of bath towels. I can’t say enough about how equipped this home was!!!! Exceptionally clean. Beautiful master suite. Large amount of space for everyone! We had 6 adults and infant, only 5 spent the night due to rental restrictions ( make sure you know that 6 mth old counts as adult. Luckily one of our group stay with friend at night but there was plenty of room ) Owners fantastic with communication. I’m picky and this was 100% great. Weather could have been better but awesome!!!!!!
