It was nice.

Everything was awesome here. Being able to fish was 10/10

Kitchens inside and out were good no sharp filet knives for cleaning fish so we got our own. Hot Tub was not hot so we contacted owner and they fixed it. It was all due to internet down so once that was fixed we had hot tub and pool and our TV back on !!

We all had a great time. We’ve already talked about going back next year in the spring and the fall.

Beautiful home on a quiet street. This was our 2nd time to stay in this property and would love to come back! Everything is just as described and pictured if not better.

House is nicely appointed with amenities. Very comfortable beds and pillows. No complaints.

If you’re on the fence about renting this property, just DO IT! The house is BEAUTIFUL, kitchen is very well equipped, outside kitchen was perfect for our big fish & shrimp fry, kids had a blast night fishing off the back deck……I could go on & on but I highly recommend this property!!

The house is epic and very accommodating. Decks on all levels, bathrooms for each room and a beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen made this stay very worth every minute. The sunsets are beautiful, we took advantage of all the amenities. This house is perfect for large families.

Had a wonderful time staying at this house. Great set up for a large group and we really liked that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Common areas were spacious. It had all the kitchen stuff for a big group. Owners were very responsive whenever we had questions or needed help with something. Overall very clean and tidy house, just need to make sure that housekeeping does a little bit better sweeping some of the floors. Great location, pool was so nice and we enjoyed fishing from the deck. Would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Rockport with a large group.

The house is beautiful, has amazing views, and has everything you might need. We didn't have to bother with the dolphin excursion because there were two dolphins that played right off the dock at the house. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and paddle boards. The dolphins even came around when we were paddle boarding. The guys enjoyed fishing and the girls enjoyed the boutiques in town. We grilled some at the house and tried some great local restaurants. It was a great family trip and we would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home we all had a great time plenty for all to do and enjoy The whole family enjoyed the pool hot tub and absouletly loved the fishing off the dock we caught red fish spotted trout flounder sheepshead and even a blue crab. We will definetly book here again..we come every year and this place by far exceeded all of our expectaions

House had everything we needed to stay local and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Two families with grown kids traveled together for the long weekend. Everything about the house was absolutely perfect!! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and plenty of places for everyone to spend time together when they wanted. Deck and dock are beautiful! Super clean and kitchen well stocked. We can’t wait to return!!

The property was spacious

We all had a wonderful time. We brought the boat and my teenage grandsons enjoyed fishing and tubing. The smaller ones enjoyed the pool. We were amazed at how there was always hot water for showers. The large living areas was so nice! We had no issues and the property manager was still considerate and checked on us. Excellent place!

Our extended family had a great time! The house is very nice…comfy beds and big private bathrooms. We were able to fish right off the back porch and lay out by the pool! Nice outdoor kitchen area to hang out and grill! We will definitely be booking again next year!

This trip was over the top! The house fit ALL our needs, it was so hard to leave! It was very clean and spacious, also located in a perfect location for boating, fishing and swimming. Roxana was amazing and so helpful, she took care of any questions we had. I would highly recommended booking this rental, especially for larger groups, it was a beautiful home! WE'LL BE BACK FOR SURE!
