Stayed Dec 19, 2025Everything was fabulous! The heated pool and hot tub-such a big hit for the grandkids. Plenty of room for all of us in the main house. The Carriage house was one of the reasons I chose this rental. Much needed for our 11 month old granddaughter and parents to get naps in and keep early bedtime on a schedule. Loved that there was a high chair and pack and play for our littlest grand girl. Having the golf cart included during our stay was such a treat! The beds were comfy. We loved that the hosts had a Christmas tree set up. Such a nice touch. Also loved the small little touches such as the towels folded into bows and even the toilet paper had bows on the rolls. Thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful family Christmas vacation! We hope to return soon.

Stayed Dec 28, 2025Beautiful home in a convenient location for shopping and dining, Short walk to the beach. Was traveling with my grandchildren and they loved going from the beach to the pool, which we arranged to have heated during our stay. The hosts were very responsive when I asked for a few recommendations to help make the most of our time in Destin.

Stayed Dec 23, 2025This place was very accommodating and comfortable. There was enough room for the guests to enjoy when they wanted their own space. The beds were extremely comfortable, no one complained about the beds being uncomfortable. We highly recommended and would stay here again someday.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025This house was by far the best house we have stayed in on our annual ladies family trip to Destin. The house was very clean and stocked with plenty of amenities. The location is close to the beach and perfect for shopping and dining. I would definitely recommend this property for larger families. Definitely exceeded our expectations.

Stayed Apr 10, 2025The whole experience was perfection!! The hosts were very helpful in my ample of questions leading up to our stay and you can tell they thought of the small details in the home! The bedrooms have sound machines, and the blackout curtains with young kids let this mama sleep in on vacation! HIGHLY recommend this home!

Stayed Dec 30, 2024The pictures don’t do this property justice! The open living room area downstairs is huge and absolutely beautiful. Very clean which is super important to us. The host provides way more than most! We had shampoo, conditioner & body wash in every bathroom! They provided the dishwasher soap, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels! They had fun games, books, beach chairs, a cooler, baby stuff and so much more! We had one small issue with the pool heating but when I messaged the host they were there in 15 minutes and fixed it immediately. Also unlike others they did not have a huge list of check out requirements. Very impressive and we will book this beautiful home again! Loved the separate housing / bedroom out back for my adult daughter as well!

Stayed Dec 26, 2024We had a great time staying at Robert and Kourtney's place! The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and is very close to the grocery stores. It is within easy walking distance to the beach. The house is very clean and spacious. Also, the kitchen is well-equipped. It has all sorts of pans, utensils, paper towels, and two big refrigerators. The beds are all clean and very comfortable, and we slept well every night. Robert and Kourtney are very responsive. We experienced a power outage in one room. They sent handyman and electricity technician to the house immediately and helped us fix it very quickly. After this problem was resolved, they sent a box of cookies. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious cookies.Overall we highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if we go to Destin in the future!
