The kitchen remodel looked great and had everything we needed.

Beautiful home! Great location with easy access to the beach. Close to restaurants. The house had an awesome kitchen and fantastic swimming pool.

Well maintained home inside and out. Loved the private pool and beautiful landscaped yard. With a beautiful updated kitchen and master bath. Only critique is the upstairs needs some tlc to go along with the downstairs. But i will say its clean. My family enjoyed their stay.

The house was lovely in this tropical setting. Close to beach access, ponds for fishing, and golf on the Omni grounds. Of course, it was nice to be able to play in the pool, and on the nights we stayed in, we enjoyed being cool in the well-stocked kitchen. One of the added features that we appreciated was the chairs and beach cart for our days on the beach. We will definitely consider coming back.

We had the most amazing time! The house location is perfect walking distance to everything you could dream of, beach, food, and more! The house itself is large and accommodated 10 of us, especially with all the bathrooms. Very clean and feels so secluded and private while being in a neighborhood.

We had a great time staying at this property! Very nice updated kitchen and spacious living room with lots of seating. Walkable to Omni shops/restaurants and short drive to downtown Fernandina.

The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The heated pool was a highlight—we spent hours enjoying it, no matter the time of day. The outdoor space was private and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to unwind.The hosts were responsive and thoughtful, ensuring our stay was seamless. The location was great, waking distance to the great shops , beach, restaurants, etc ]. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay!

Very clean. Loved the beautiful chef kitchen that was a dream to cook in! Couldn't really use thst beautiful pool because it was so cold, but the fireplace was a plus on those chilly nights!

We were in town for a wedding and this was a great home base for my sisters and their families as well as my own. We saved a little vs resort prices while still being able to enjoy all the Omni amenities and location. Plus the private pool was a hit with the kids! Some light wear and tear for a rental property but beautiful and clean. Updated! Welcome laundry soap and other essentials are a great touch as well.

This spacious home was the perfect getaway for any beach vacation… the house was well appointed and in a great location… We hated to leave!

Our family of 10 loved staying here! It was the best of both worlds with having a private pool and being able to walk to the beach by beautiful trails. The pool was cleaned 2x a week and we were pleasantly surprised not to experience any mosquitos the whole week! We did all enjoy the evening visiting frogs and the armadillo family in the lush vegetation-very cool wildlife! The house is spacious for gathering together in the living area, as well as sleeping arrangements for everyone. There is a bathroom for each bedroom. The upstairs bathrooms are not updated as downstairs but are large, clean and functional. All of the beds were comfortable! The house was better equipped than expected. Plenty of cookware in the lovely kitchen & we found pool/beach towels in the closet of the living room next to the tv which could have saved us some suitcase space. The beach cart in the pool house was key and we are so thankful it was there for use, along with pool/beach toys. We would recommend bringing some extra hand towels for the kitchen. In addition to the beach, we walked to play mini golf and to the Aury Island playground. Amelia Island Plantation is so peaceful and we felt safe at all times. My husband enjoyed running all of the nature trails at this end of the Island. We highly recommend the short drive out of the plantation to Lagniappe restaurant (we ate there twice). We would happily stay at this home again-thank you for sharing it with us!

Had 7 adults and 3 children under 2 for a week. House was perfect, nice family gathering area along with private bedroom for 4 individual families. Pool just outside back doors was perfect for evening relaxing after long beach days
