The property was very nice. The tvs were a challenge given they were all older and not your typical smart tv. But other then that the property was outstanding.

Neighborhood amenities were great. The pool is perfect. Just the right size and a lot of privacy. The mattress in the master is really nice. Other beds - not so much - but for kids they are fine. It was very clean except the floor. Bottoms of feet were black walking barefoot on tile. And my only criticisms are actually faucets! The bathtub is spectacular - but the faucet is too small and too far back and when you fill the tub - it doesn't clear the edge. Water goes half into the tub and half down the back. Also the kitchen sink didn't have the sprayer built in which seemed weird because they always do and everything else was updated and modern. But those were minor things. House was very nice, very comfortable, perfect location and we loved it!

They really made the experience. The neighborhood and the amenities it offers make it one of our favorite destinations. The pool alarm for child safety is great but could use some instructions on how to use properly, we were constantly setting it off and waking up the baby. Otherwise 5 out 5 would do again!!!!

Beautiful home. Only issues were door code not working and no charging cord for golf cart. Staff did a nice job of recovering door code for us.

We loved the house and pool and convenient location to the beach by golf cart. We received a text at 12:00 central time Saturday with codes for house saying it was ready. After arriving at 3:00 and unpacking etc. we decided to check out golf cart we filled out paperwork prior to arrival. There was no key and nothing stated how to find the key. Glass Casa not open so we waiting till Sunday morning at 10:00 and thought maybe had to go to Destiny Club to pick key up. Destiny Club stated call GlassCasa which I left a message on emergency line and was called back and given key box code in garage for golf cart. Glass Casa said they would check why we did not receive the golf cart text and let me know. Never heard back and never received the text. 3rd day we ran dishwasher and after running through cycle had a gallon of water on kitchen floor. Called Glass Casa early morning and they said they would report it to maintenance. Sent text to Glass Casa at 5:00 to see if resolved and we could use dishwasher,no response. Called Glass Casa Wednesday morning and they said it unfortunately did not get reported to maintenance and they would contact them. Waited till 4:00 and called Glass Casa and they checked with maintenance and it was fixed. We were never notified. No text for golf cart and bikes and lack of follow up was frustrating. The house, location and amenities are a 10. I would highly recommend the house and pool as a great place to stay, but better management would make it perfect!
