Private Pool & Grill: Peaceful Home in Dunnellon

This home is a great location! We rented because my dad lives in town and it was his 93 rd birthday. We ride Harley’s every year so there were several planned rides and we hosted a spaghetti dinner for his party. We had 16 people and it was great that there were enough dishes at flatware that we didn’t have to use disposable. I did bring 2 big pots but otherwise the kitchen was well stocked. It was so nice to come home from a day out in the heat and take a swim…. the pool was perfect. The 3 bedrooms are perfect for a group or family. The open great room is nice for gathering , hanging out in the evening. Bonus is that Swampy’s Restaurant is just down the street! We hope to come back next year!!!!

The home was lovely and stocked with everything that we needed! It made our 10 day stay feel like home. I absolutely loved the pool and the safety gate for my 19 month old grandson. We were able to relax more when we just hung out there, without having to worry about him falling in the pool. So I highly recommend if you have “little ones!” The pool was nice and warm too, just the way we like it. My parents live only 10 miles away and so it was convenient for them to come and visit. I would definitely rent this home again, in the future.

The pool was a big hit. I was concerned that heating the pool would not be effective but by day 2 and using the solar blanket at night the water temperature was perfect. The beds were firm

This house is super pretty and comfortable. There are a lot of amenities, like floaties for the pool and extra amenities in the restrooms. Bedding is super comfortable and super nice. Kitchen is very well equipped. The best part of our stay was the host. He responds immediately and always goes the extra mile. Also, the location is great. We went kayaking/paddle boarding to the rivers. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful vacation!

One of the best rentals I ever stayed. My 5 best girlfriends were celebrating for my 50th. The host left a beautiful bouquet and balloons, such a sweet gesture! Would definitely stay again! Host is very responsive and kind!

Great location near the River, Swampy's, and Blue Run. The house is perfect for a couple of families. The kids loved the pool and we all loved the house. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved this house. It was beautiful a great layout. So much space inside for everyone to spread out. We loved the extras left for guest to use. We forgot a cooler bag and there were 2 provided to use. The beds were so comfortable! We loved that there was a pack n play, high chair and kids pats to use. Our 2 year old loved the splash pad in the pool. I would definitely recommend this house.

We had a good stay at this property. The place was clean and had most of what we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient-close enough to local shops and restaurants, but still quiet enough to relax.The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made check-in and check-out smooth. The kitchen was adequately stocked, and the beds were comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep.Overall, it was a solid choice for our trip.

We stayed for three nights at this Dunnellon home to visit family and to swim with the manatees in Crystal River. Our party of six included grandparents, parents and 2 young children. The layout gave us plenty of space to be together and gave each group their own private space.The pool was very clean and helped us keep the kids entertained for hours. We enjoyed being close to Rainbow River and spent time there too. So happy we found this house for our trip to Dunnellon.

My family and I loved the home! Very clean, great location, and we loved the pool. Had a couple minor issues come up but the host was very quick to respond and fix. Definitely recommend and look forward to coming back next year!

This house was the most well-stocked rental I’ve ever experienced. Everything you can think of has been provided, and it was very neat and clean. The layout was wonderful with the primary bedroom on the opposite side from the other two, a large open kitchen was fabulous. Two kinds of coffee makers are available and many options for cookware. LOVED the pool and screened in area, and the beds were very comfortable. Fantastic experience!

We loved the stay here. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. The house was very clean and felt cozy. We arrived just after a hurricane and there was a room without power but the manager was quick to respond and fix the problem. The pool was a great addition and out kids (2 & 4) loved it. We also learned that our kids love bunk beds and are now asking for them. The area is nice and quiet as well as the beautiful spring water. Would love to come back and experience more.
