Private Pool ~ Golf Cart ~ Steps to the Beach

Great home close to the beach and our favorite restaurants. Golf cart is always a plus. Would definitely rent again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third time renting a home in Miramar Beach. The home was a perfect size for our family of five. The kids absolutely loved being able to take a morning dip or a nighttime swim in the pool. I wish it was a little closer to the beach or had private access to the beach. But we were always able to find a parking spot by crab trap and loaded up the golf cart. The community pool was very nice and not crowded at all. I do wish there was a bigger coffee pot since I am not a fan of KEURIG coffee. Renting a home that comes with a golf cart is a nice touch because we literally take the golf cart everywhere. I did see another review that the front bedroom of the home is hot, and we did notice that. The management company was very easy to deal with and very attentive and responsive to all questions.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The kids loved the pool, and the golf cart was very nice to have! The place was very clean when we arrived. The extra mattresses in the master closet were nice, so kids didn’t have to share a bed. It was also great to have an extra fridge in the garage for drinks and stuff. Would definitely stay here again!!

Loved the location.

House was clean and nicely decorated. Bonus golf cart included. Unfortunaly, the beds were very uncomfortable and for someone who doesn’t subscribe to all the tv streaming apps made it hard to view cable.

House is very spacious, everything is super convenient and easy to find. Would highly recommend this location.

The stay was great. But we were charged for someone else parking their Porsche on our grass while we were away at the water park. We only brought our vehicle. Instead of contacting us, they sent an email stating we were charged $50 on our card. When I reached out, I was informed I would have to wait on the appeal to go through the HOA. Oh and that would take a week! Poor business practices. We won’t book with them again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a really nice house lots of space, I was a little disappointed that it was not as close to the beach as I thought it would be. We had to drive a little bit to get to the public side of the beach. I dont think we had private beach access. If we did we were never told. I did had trouble getting in the house the first day our code was not working had to call customer service but they were able to help me pretty fast. One thing I did not like is that someone kept going in the garage to remove the trash bins and to place them back inside. I thought that was kind of weird that someone had access to the house while people in it. other than that the house itself was really nice.

Our favorite parts of this rental were the location to beach and the pool area in the back. Overall the house was clean and beautiful and we had a great time. However, we did experience A LOT of maintenance issues that required daily communication with the management. While they were attentive to our needs, it just seemed to be a daily occurrence that something was messed up. Upon check-in, the door code wasn't working, which caused some initial inconvenience. Additionally, the freezer had been slightly left open, so the drawers were frozen shut and freezer would not close properly. The pool did not have enough water in it; we contacted the management on day two, they wanted me to send another picture the next day and if it was the same then sent someone out. The dishwasher was broken as well and did not work except for the last two days of our stay. The microwave also caught fire, luckily my husband was standing right there as he had just turned it on. We liked that they provided beach chairs; however, we found that a few of the beach chairs only sat in a very reclined position. Luckily for those after us, these issues are fixed. Additionally, some things I wished I would have known prior to booking: the golf cart is to be used inside the community resort and not taken outside. Also, the management company provides 1 trash bag, minimal laundry and dishwasher detergent which did require us to go get some of these household items which is kind of inconvenient for travelers.
