The house was impressive. Very roomy. Enough room for potentially 4 families to share. Very close to the beach. We had a great time!

Property manager was very thorough when explaining the check in process. House was exactly as it’s listed. Pool and hot tub were both clean and operational. Home amenities seemed endless! Host provided bottle of wine and chocolates. 10/10 for this host and property! Will book again!

We had a great stay. This was kind of a reunion for our kids and grandkids and we had a blast. We will be doing this again!!

The house itself was perfect and spacious; however, it was very worn down and needs some repairs. The banister was very unstable and an obvious safety concern. Multiple kitchen cabinets doors were missing knobs and loose. The master bedroom had very worn carpet, which needs to be replaced with anything else as this property allows pets and my dogs knew there were other pets on that carpet…guess how?! Our biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the entire property, which we relayed to the host and she worked with us to correct. There was food pieces scattered throughout the first floor, a condom wrapper half sticking out from the first floor night stand, food smeared on the lower kitchen cabinet doors and dishwasher, food smeared on one of the couches, both patio areas need a thorough pressure washing from grease, mold and whatever else was growing on the floor and walls, the sliding door tracks were covered in dirt and grime with one sliding door latch broken. The garage needs a thorough pressure washing or at least have all the dirt and sand blown out. Again, the house itself was great but when paying this amount, it’s hard to relax in filth.

We really enjoyed the house, but wish beach access was little closer.

You cannot go wrong with this home! All bedrooms are spacious. All except the bunk room have walk-in closets. The neighborhood is beautiful. The golf cart was so helpful. The pool is actually bigger in person than the picture. Instructions etc was clear. Just book it!

We enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived. The pool and hot tub was enjoyed daily. Very close and easy to travel to the beach especially in the six seater golf cart. The five bedrooms worked out perfectly. The Master Bedroom Suite is gorgeous! We prepared breakfast daily in the fully equipped kitchen. There were a few things that needed repaired but Katherine assured us this was on the to do list. Overall we would highly recommend this home for your next vacation.
