Amazing and beyond expectations. Caring hosts, lovingly remodeled, wonderful ocean view, gift basket of Hawaii made treats, thoughtfully stocked kitchen with an excellent variety of spices, very comfortable king with luxury bedding, safe for valuables, great neighborhood, beach gear, rain ponchos, and orchids in the kitchen and bathroom. Just the best!

Nice and quiet. Very relaxing with the private pool. Noise machine is needed with all the birds at night. Smart touch!

We had such a lovely vacation at the Pool House. This is a perfect rental for two!! Spacious, nice kitchen, lovely bedroom, and your own private pool! It's your own little resort, and even has a nice sunset/ocean view with palm trees. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood just a couple minutes from the Safeway and Walmart. Less than 5 minutes to Kailua/Kona Farmers Market and downtown. Highly recommend!

The hosts were very helpful and amenable. Their pool-house is the perfect stay for a couple in Kona.

The pool house is perfect. Hosts are amazing. Location was very central to anything you want to do and there's a Walmart and Target a 5 min drive away to shop for food or supplies. The pool house comes equipped with anything you might need whether for a few days or a few weeks, the hosts have thought of everything. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable.

The host did an exceptional job of supplying everything we needed and more. Beautiful bed with new linens and soft beautiful towels. We asked if there was a weight bench and set and they went out and bought a new set for our use. Kitchen is very well stocked and location is great. Would definitely stay here again.

The perfect house for our two-week stay celebrating our 30th anniversary! The pool, outdoor kitchen, and AC made it so comfortable and relaxing. We truly felt at home and will definitely stay here again. Mahalo for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Just right for my wife and myself.

This is our second stay at this property. I didn’t think it would be better than the last stay, but it was! The host was so gracious with the few request we made. He was prompt to respond and went way above and beyond. When you arrive, there is a very generous gift basket with clear directions of how to turn everything on. It was very clean and had a welcoming vibe. The kitchen is very well stocked with upgraded equipment and utensils. The outdoor kitchen is so much fun, complete with a air fryer and grill. There is a washer and dryer to use also. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. We both slept liked rocks while we were there. There are 2 separate a/c units that keep the house so nice and cool. The star of the house is the pool and outdoor shower. It is so private and inviting. The only down side to this house is you just don’t want to leave it. It’s so cozy and comfortable and has everything you could ever need. We so enjoyed both of our stays there and hope to return very soon. Thank you to the host Mark for being so accommodating and helpful.

Wonderful to have as desk set up for the computer. So few folks think of this. Only one criticism: The Kitchen was split with Fridge Sink, & Dishwasher inside and Cooking facilities outside. We managed fine, but it was a wee bit of a surprise. Otherwise wonderful. Great TV set up. Lovely Pool. Great Parking. We'd go return.

Clean, convenient to stores and activities. Owner accomodating. Definitely will stay again when in Hawaii.

The property and owner were terrific. We enjoyed the pool and sunsets multiple times and had everything we needed for cooking and for the beach. Very well stocked pool house for two. The ONLY issue was barking dogs in the neighborhood.

Overall the PoolHouse was exceptional. Having access to a private pool and outdoor kitchen helped balance the weather conditions and escaping to the comfort of air conditioning when desired. Very comfortable bed and seating areas. The rental had quick access to the main parts of town and all amenities. The view was wonderful!
