Private Pool, Elevator, Sleeps 20, Bob Sikes Cut!

The property has a great floor plan and is well stocked with all the kitchen ware and amenities you need. It also has extra beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the beach. The location was quiet with no competition for beach space. The views are fantastic due to the amount of open window space. The main living area was spacious and had comfortable seating. All the beds were comfortable. There were multiple refrigerators and ice makers which was really helpful. This property is fairly old and is need of significant upgrade and refresh. There were multiple ceiling and window leaks during a storm and the wear and tear on floors, doors, etc was noticeable. Several of the sliding glass doors needed maintenance. The pool was nice size but also needs maintenance to address cracks and surface degradation in several areas.With some investment this could be a phenomenal property.

The beach was absolutely amazing. The kitchen was probably one of the better stocked kitchens that we have ever experienced. Plenty of cooking utensils, pots pans, etc.. The house was labeled an eight bedroom house. I feel it would be more accurately described as six bedrooms house with two extra sleeping areas. And one of those with no immediate access to a bathroom. Without making a trip upstairs. With that being said, we were overall well pleased with the house and our overall trip to St George Island!

Amazing!! We come to SGI every Labor Day weekend and this is our new favorite! It had everything we needed for 4 familes with kids ranging from 10 months to 13 yrs old. Soo close to the beach was great for easy acces and quick naps for the little ones. Five stars!!

Fantastic location, clean house, beach easily accessible. Kitchen well appointed, and the elevator worked great. The water was teaming with life; dolphins, pelicans, tons of bird varieties. There's plenty of room to spread out on the beach. Will come back next year!!

House is in pretty bad shape. Water poured in window with hard rain. things were sticky.. wooden tables, window ledges in kitchen, cabinets. Kitchen utensils were cheap and flimsy. Upstairs on 3rd floor was incredibly hot until we found out the thermostat was in the bedroom of the first floor?We enjoyed our trip in spite of these things and made the best of the disappointments.

Wonderful house. Great location. The house worked very well for our family. Improvement suggestions - The grills are really weak and the bath towels need a serious upgrade.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was very clean. We had no issues. We did have 4 single sleepers - so that stretched the sleeps 20 number. A beautiful house and would recommend!

We took our family on spring break. Location is amazing. Beds are comfortable. A lot of space. Concerns - water pressure in showers, only 1 ice maker working on the top floor, fridges do not have ice makers in them. Elevator worked once, just once. Pool unfortunately could not be kept to desired heated temperature that we paid additional for.

Our family of 12, ages ranging 59 to 1yr., had such a wonderful, relaxing family vacation. The home was beautiful, comfortable, so well stocked, and abundance of room. Having the beach just outside our door was amazing. The neighborhood was peaceful. We had such a good time on the Island.

Room for everyone to eat and relax (two living areas and two large dining tables). Easy beach access and the elevator was key to my grandmother getting up and down between floors. Three total fridges, two dishwashers, and two sets of washers and dryers made this perfect for our group. Everyone talked about how nice and comfortable the house was. We immediately settled in.
