Private Pool - Custom Home -45 Sec Walk To The Beach!

It was perfect! Close to the beach and very nice.

We stayed here with a group of 7 adults and 2 kids under 2 years old. There was plenty of space for each family to have their own room at night, which was amazing. The house is a little more worn than we expected, but the neighborhood and private pool were great. When we arrived, there was an issue with the hot tub, but Duane was super responsive and even got a tech to come out and fix the problem ASAP which was so appreciated. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this property to families looking for a quiet place to stay near the beach.

We took a multigenerational vacation and were very pleased with the accommodations. Overall the place was beyond amazing but we did have some suggestions and I’ll cover that first. The bathrooms really need locks on the doors! No one wants to see Grandma getting out of the shower in her birthday suit, and once seen, that sight can’t be unseen! Yikes! Some hooks to hang towels on would be nice too. Also, maybe hang the directions on how to use the oven on the frig or somewhere else close by. We figured it out but it took a village. These were minor issues though and to give anything less than 5 stars would be completely unreasonable as the property truly is amazing! It was clean (and I’m VERY picky), close to the beach, beautifully decorated, spacious, had a well stocked kitchen, huge washer and dryer, huge refrigerator, beautiful pool, in a great neighborhood/location close to everything you might need, multiple decks, and had the best outdoor furniture of any place I’ve ever stayed. The inside furniture was amazing as well, comfortable and clean. We slept on one of the Murphy beds and slept great! The Carriage house was perfect for the family in our group whose boys woke up at 4:30 each morning ready for the beach. Having their own space kept them from waking up the rest of us. Also, communication with the host was great. I had a couple of questions and he was quick to reply. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Nice house for a beach vacation. Ample rooms for the while family. Clean and stoked well with cooking utensils. Short walk to the beach. Which was an amazing white sand beach! The pool was a nice addition to the vacation and we used it alot! I would stay here again!

This beautiful property was everything we were looking for in a vacation home. The description is exactly what you get. The pool was warm and the very very short walk to the beach was perfect. We had the most amazing vacation.

Excellent and beautiful property with every amenity we could dream of. Great pool and spa. So very clean. Up to date inside and out. Plenty of room for everyone. A minute walk to beach. Will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time during our stay and would recommend the house to others. The only negative is communication with the owner. Since our group was charged for damages, i wouls like to know what the damages were and I'm having trouble getting in touch with him.

We rented the place so our combined family could be together but also have some privacy. The two houses combined with the pool in between was perfect. The place was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the heated pool was perfect!The location was ideal, steps from the beach, and close to shopping. We had a wonderful time! Thank you for sharing your lovely beach home!!

We had a wonderful stay! The pool was great, and it was an easy walk to the beach (although the gate code wouldn't work from the outside - we just reached around and entered the code on the other side). The endless hot water in the showers was mentioned several times by the family, plenty of parking, a cabinet full of games, and good AC in both houses. Contact with the owner was easy with prompt replies. He was quick to get someone to fix a couple of items broken by previous guests and found by the cleaning team. Unfortunately, the large oven was broken when we arrived on Saturday and couldn't be fixed until late afternoon Friday. One of those things that happens - and the owner had the parts on order when we arrived - just a real bummer for us as we planned to cook every meal. If you are bringing small children you should know that there is no door for the bedroom in the gatehouse. That was quite difficult with a little one. The only real constructive negative I would mention is no closet in the gatehouse (just a couple of drawers under the bunks), so the kitchen became the closet for the family staying there. Also no closet or drawers in the main house 3-bed bunk room. These are just good things to know as you plan room assignments! The location is wonderful for the beach, grocery store, and everything else! They have great videos of the place on YouTube!

Location and space were both great. We enjoyed the pool having a mix of shade and sun. Negative was the oven didn't work. This was a known issue that wasn't communicated to us ahead of time (found out after reporting it), so some of our groceries went unused. Waiting on parts to fix and things having issues is understood, but would have preferred to know up front. We easily could have packed an air fryer or bought different groceries. Right side of oven didn't work at all, left side only got up temp at highest setting and burnt most things in the oven. Unfortunate on the oven as the rest of the space and trip was great.
