Wonderful. Peaceful. Clean. Equipped. Nicely furnished. Lots of room for all 4 of us. The hot tub was set lower than we use it ( therapeutically) but the owner/ manager responded quickly and fixed the issue. The hot tub was an important feature to my family. The view was fantastic and the mike deer eating out of our teens hand a real hit We had originally considered Cooke city but since the air line lost all our luggage and we had to return to Bozeman fir clothes, it was fortunate we were In Emigrant. The drive to Yellowstone was easy and scenic. Delightful stay. The bedrooms are small but adequate. One is in the cold dark basement but suited one of us and the fourth up steep stairs but a private place for our teen.traveling to and over the Bear Tooth Pass was a real treat since this was our 34 trip to Yellowstone

Such a view! Hot tub is fabulous after a day in YNP. Nearby rafting, hot springs, hikes. House is quirky (see other reviews) but perfect for our family of 4. Owner is very responsive. House equipped with everything; we didn't need to buy detergent, TP, shampoo, etc. Lots of wildlife visited the house. Highly recommend.

AMAZING view! Such a joy sitting on the deck every morning taking in the mountains. So many amenities provided-that was so helpful. Excellent communication with the owner, Robert. My family loved the house! We loved the deer that greeted us every morning. We can’t say enough wonderful compliments about this house!

The house was in a beautiful location, loved sitting on the back deck which a beautiful Rocky Mountain range of mountains in full view, it was beautiful. The amenities were more than we have had before. It is an older home and could use a few upgrades and maybe a couple TV's, there is only one. We had a few deer with a baby fawn, visit us on a daily basis. And Robert the owner was great!

Property had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub a few morning and nights during your stay and watching the deer pass by. We were not able to use the king bed that we wish we could have (it was one of the reasons we booked the property) due to the small steep stairs leading to the king bed upstairs due to fear of falling down the stairs in the middle of the night when going to use the restroom. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

If I could give this property 20 stars I would. We could not have picked a better place for three extended families. We each had our own rooms that allowed us time away from each other after very long days in Yellowstone, but could come together for watching TV, meal times and hot tub time. My only suggestions would be to add a TVs to the bedrooms to allow members time away from each other after very long days in park and to watch separate shows. This was our only issue with this VRBO. There is only one TV in the whole place. The basement was like its own apartment having a small kitchen area (stove, sink, counters), bedroom and bathroom. Robert, the owner went above and beyond for my request asking if there was a small table for the basement kitchen area so I could use my laptop for work. He responded quickly and was able to secure a folding table from a friend and brought it right over. Talk about exception service WOW!! This allowed me to be able to work undisturbed from the other family members when I needed to login for a couple hours of scheduled testing. While it is about 30-40 minutes from the Gardiner North Entrance to Yellowstone, I would pick this place again and again. Gorgeous scenery from deck and the drive to Yellowstone. We never felt that it was a long way to Yellowstone. The hot tub was so needed after long days. We watched wildlife from the deck; Deer, Coyotes and Birds. When the time came to pack up and leave, we all lollygagged as none of us want
