Private Oasis with Pool & Chic Cabana – Near Beaches, Downtown & More!

With the exception of a few cleaning details, this property was everything we were looking for. There was everything there we might need: including towels, extra blankets and pillows etc. the best part was that it felt like home!! I would definitely rent this property again!

The house was well equipped and fit all our needs as a family of 3. We spent a lot of time by the pool and our son really enjoyed the pool table. Larry was very accommodating if needed and communicated well. Thank you for a great vacation week.

Great place

Amazing place. Check in was easy. Larry was an amazing host and made sure everything was in order and instructions were easy. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Pool and house was clean. Highly recommend and already planning our next stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO home! Everything was very clean and we had every amenity we could need. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. The pool house/ cabana was a great place for our teenagers to hang out away from mom and dad. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Great backyard and neighborhood. The pool wasn’t heated and there was some wear and tear to the house but location was fantastic.

We had a wonderful time. The place was clean, There was more than enough room for everyone to stay and move around. The owner responded with in 3 hours of any questions we had. He accommodated us with our flight times and requests. The place was fully stocked with all our needs. Not as fancy out front, but the backyard was our oasis for the week. Total sun all day long. Terrific choice!!!!

We had a great time! The neighborhood is quiet and charming and well located. The house is well equipped, very comfortable and well suited to small or larger groups. The host was friendly and communicative. We loved the backyard patio and pool area! We would totally stay again!

Kitchen and living area very good but one of the bedrooms is clearly set-up for children with the bathroom for that room in the garden cabana and therefore very disappointing for the lady who had to sleep there. We feel that this should have been explained in the write up.

Great welcome information was provided and it was easy to find and access the home. However, there were a number of things that were not working or were not cleaning when arrived. We did speak to the owner about it and he was able to take care of a number of items within a day or two. Overall, we did have a nice stay.

The house was wonderful and and the host was so kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay - being in town for a football game. Spent a lot of time in the pool - with a private backyard- taking advantage of a November heat wave. Every morning we hit the Cuban bakery right down the street and went to a great local restaurant - Flanigans. Also visited some good waterfront restaurants maybe 20 minutes away (including Bokampers). Would love to come back in the future

It was a very clean home

My family and I were excited for this vacation house but unfortunately this turned out to be the WORST experience I have ever had to deal with on VRBO. The pictures look good and the property itself is somewhat nice, however within 2 hours of arriving we were forced to leave (late at night) and find a hotel room for our vacation because the AC system in the master bedroom SMELLED TERRIBLY of MUSTY MILDEW. It was so bad that we were coughing and our eyes were burning and we could not tolerate an entire weekend of disgusting conditions. The Master Bedroom and Bathroom are NOT PART OF THE CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING and there is BARELY ANY FRESH AIR CIRCULATION on that side of the house! Instead, there is a Window Unit that had obviously been LEAKING and sitting unused with disgusting, smelly water inside of it. Underneath the AC is a disgusting bucket that collects the leaking AC water. No towels in the bathrooms, there is however a musty linen closet filled with mismatched towels that smell like a house from the 1960’s. The AC was set at 80 when we arrived, it did not cool down at all during the 2 hours we were there. Who leaves the AC at 80 in Florida when they know guests are arriving?!? There are No towel bars in the Masterbath, only a couple Command Hooks, Lol. Add to all of that, there are motion activated BRIGHT lights in the master bedroom and living room so guests don’t fall into the sunken rooms... If someone gets up at night to use the bathroom, it lights up the room!

Great place to stay, awesome pool and back yard. Plenty of places to sleep and a fun pool table. The host is super nice and attentive so I highly recommend this house!

Enjoyed all the amenities, most especially the pool shaded by the palm trees in the afternoon. Centrally located and Larry was always very responsive as a host. Had a great week of rest with our family.

Nice house and pool pretty close to everything

The location was great with easy access to downtown and beaches. The pool was lovely and the kitchen had everything we needed.

This was by far the best property we have stayed in over the past 3 years in Florida! The property has all the amenities you need and Larry was great to work with and a clear communicator. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 and we truly enjoyed our time there. We will definitely be back next year.

My mother, sister, and I stayed at this property for my son's graduation. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. My mother really enjoyed chilling in the screened in porch. My sister and I spent most of our time bathing in the sun by the beautiful pool. The residence was very clean and maintained. Best of all, we were close to all our activities. Definitely five star*****

With the exception of the absence of fitted sheets in the master bedroom and the unclean state of the second bathroom tub, all other aspects were satisfactory.

We rented the house after being on a cruise. The host was very easy to work with and very friendly. The house was upkept and very clean. We would stay again if in the area.

Really enjoyed this property. Larry is great, very accessible. House is in quiet neighborhood, but like most of ft Lauderdale you need a rental car to go to beach, grocery store etc. saw the beautiful peacocks every day! Cabana has a bit of a musty smell but my son still really liked it as it gave him his own space. Pool very clean and enjoyable

Our family had just spent 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year’s holidays. The house fully satisfied our needs. We feel in love with this cute, family-friendly and quite neighborhood! We definitely would love to come back!

This place was great for a secluded getaway. My family and I stayed here for 5 days and had a blast. Pool was enjoyed heavily by the kids, while us adults baked in the sun! Master shower is to die for, not to mention the Pac-Man games and the pool table! Also the host, Larry, was a great help! Would stay again.

There was a urine stain on guest bed mattress protector. The cabana reeked of mold and mildew. I found actual mold growing on the pillows stored in cabana closet. The pool table is held up with bricks and cardboard. We left after staying one night. Very disappointed!

Excellent location. Nicely remodeled, kitchen and bathrooms. Indoor furniture and beds very comfortable. Large outdoor seating area around pool. Well maintained property, would choose again.

The home & host were equally amazing. He was very responsive & was willing to accommodate my family and I anyway he could. The check in process was also very smooth.

We stayed at Larry’s property over an extended weekend so my daughter and her best friend could go see Taylor Swift in Miami. The house was fantastic, great location, great communication by the host and nice outdoor area with well kept landscape and a lovely pool. Thanks for hosting us!
