Minutes from Long Beach, Mecox Beach, and the charming village of Sag Harbor, this spacious 3 level home offers indoor and outdoor gathering areas as well as comfortable private spaces. The 4 full bathrooms are newly renovated, with custom fixtures and shower seats. The kitchen boasts new appliances and is stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils. The heated, saltwater pool is 20 by 40 feet. On summer nights, after a bar-b-que on the excellent grill, enjoy a brandy by the outdoor fireplace. A black-box media room with a large screen is the perfect place to watch your favorite shows and movies. Each of the 3 large bedrooms are ensuite. The fourth full bath is on the main entertaining floor. An office with a skylight sports a very comfortable sofa bed for additional guests and has built in office space. Our home is welcoming, comfortable, has 6 TV's, new washer and dryer, and plenty of space to relax. The back yard and deck offer outdoor living at its best!

We loved every minute of our stay. It’s perfect for families with kids. We were 4 adults and 4 children and were super comfortable. The outside area is beautiful. The deck overlooks the pool and gorgeous garden. We BBQ’d every night, made s’mores in the outside fireplace. The house was impeccably clean and organized. The host was so kind and easy to get to n tough with. She was waiting for us with snacks and gave us a tour of the house on arrival. We really can’t wait to come back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. This beautiful house has a great layout. It is very comfortable and spacious. The deck, pool and yard are great. The owner was responsive to any issues or questions we had. It's in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Yet, it is minutes away from the beach, a place to launch your kayak, great restaurants, and shopping in charming downtown Sag Harbor.

The owner is very gracious and accommodating. The salt water pool is wonderful and the media room has an extensive collection of movies that kept us entertained. The house is in a quiet and peaceful location. The backyard has beautiful landscaping and affords privacy.
